I brought my phone in for a screen replacement through insurance and I was blown away by the results! Quick and easy drop off/pick up process with no hassle. I was able to even set an appointment time. My charger port was non-functional at the time but the tech was able to clean it out and my phone works and looks like new! I didn't even know they did phone repairs, but I will definitely be back if I need any services in the future. I have used them previously for car battery replacements which also was a swift and easy process, definitely great service all around.

I went to Batteries Plus a few months back and I am so grateful that I did! I live locally and when I came in Jonathan was so beyond helpful with this knowledge. I have a key fob that needed a battery replacement and they have such amazing options to help those like me with these things! Even though I am tech savvy…. sometimes a little extra help can be great! Jonathan did that and more. Got me on a battery replacement plan that is EXTREMELY affordable. Jonathan definitely went above and beyond what others would most likely do when helping others. I hope his manager gives him a raise for the amazing work that he does! Keep it up Jonathan! I’ve bought light strips that I had no idea how they worked. The people here have always been patient & kind in explaining everything. They’ve also replaced my car fob a couple of times. Service is consistently great!!
