I recommend this shop if you're looking for good work and customer service, besides being the most honest mechanic I've met in my life. The Best I'm Ventura County as far as I'm concerned!!!
I needed a lot of work done on my vehicle. Leo was recommended and I’m so happy he was. This is a trust worthy, kind, knowledgeable and efficient business. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you Leo.
We have been going to Accurate Auto for 10 years and have always been treated well! We wouldn't go anywhere else. Leo is fair and he backs his mechanics work. He has become our friend and auto expert. Go to his place, he's the best!
I took my car to Crown Dodge who told me about worn parts. They were rude and way to expensive. Leo and his team at Accurate fixed it right, found something they missed. Affordable and friendly. Trusting and professional I will be back
NEVER! Never, ever, ever. First & last time. I was convinced by the owner to trust him. "I grew up here". "You have to trust me". "I have a reputation to keep". First of all he charged me more because I have a luxury car. Then I was told it would run smoothly. In the end it ran worse!!! It ended up with more problems then it started with. I DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP
The worst mechanic shop in Ventura. I spent $1,600. I was promised a 180 degree turn in my cars issues. I was guaranteed this money would fix my car. I ended up calling my lawyer, having even more problems with my car then I started with and out this large sum of money. The owner lied to me, cheated me, literally hung up on me one day and refused to help me. Negative 10 stars. DO NOT go to this shop ! ! ! ! !
Hi. I have known Mr. Monteros. “Leo” for many years. It began when my brother gave me a Chevrolet Corvette Z06. My question was who can I trust with my beautiful new car? The dealership was just out of there. The car was a GIFT, I was not rich. I asked around. Mostly the younger guys. “Motörhead’s”!!!!! Where can you get better advice? I went in and spoke with Leo, He loves cars and was probably born with a wrench in his hand. He is knowledgeable, is always ‘on-site”. He explains everything. Gives alternatives. And most importantly STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK! Funny enough he seems to want to keep his customers cars running and NOT in his shop! Take a minute and go meet Leo, warning. He will probably be busy. Not scripted. Philomena Simonella
The best mechanic around. Leo is a great guy and community person. He understands the human aspect of this industry. Super reliable and trustworthy and give you great options.
I went to have my car fixed, they told me it was the catalytic converter, they said the part was new, they charged me $1000 dollars for that work, he said the car was in good condition after fixing it and their work didnt even last a year, he left If it worked, I took it to another mechanic, he said that the fault was the catalyst again, which was clogged, obviously he did tests with a scanner and physical tests. which told me that it could mean that the catalyst was not new maybe or they did a bad job BE CAREFUL DONT TRUST ONE ITS HARD TO EARN THEIR MONEY, MY MONEY IS WORTH AND IT WAS NOT $200 or $100 dollars its $1000 which It is not LITTLE AND EVEN IF IT WAS LITTLE, IT IS MONEY THAT ONE WITH HIS SWEAT WON, dont ABUSE PEOPLE LIKE THIS..
Great service would recommend.
$98 for radiator fluid? Really?
I only bring my Honda Civic here, reliable, honest, solid work
Ive trusted this man to service my vehicle for years. He does a good job and is friendly and professional.
Awesome work and explains everything very well.
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable, I couldn t be more happy with my new exhaust.
Very juicy(I hope u see this Allan)
Leo has been great with my car repairs. Always honest!
Ive been in & out of Accurate Auto, for a year now, & find them all courteous, helpful & fair.He explains thngs the way I, a woman can clearly understand. I do minor repairs myself because I live on a fixedi ncome. The owner always gives me excellent tech support whenever I ask. Most shops would never do that. I read somewhere once that Ventura County scored a whopping 3rd worst {per capita} in the NATION for ripping off women in the auto repair shops.... yea, heavy, huh? I totally feel comfortable at Accurate, through expertience.. These are facts.
