My experience here was wonderful. Although the staff present were young, all three were professional. Sabrina, the office manager, was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone, the woman said they would vacuum all the broken glass and I was happy to find that that was the case when I checked in. The gentleman who checked me in advised they are not experts at vacuuming and while it did take two hours, most of the glass was removed (I had my back glass replaced). I will definitely refer this place to my friends and even though I don’t want this to happen again, I would gladly give them my business again.

I had to get my whole windshield replaced. They were very quick in their work and did an amazing job with communication during the whole ordeal. The new one is on and it feels amazing to have this fixed. Can’t thank them enough(:

Sourced through my insurance company. The customer was great on helping me talk to my insurance company and was able to get a OE replacement. The techs were professional, on time to get the work done at my home, and quickly finished under an hr. Highly recommend if you are looking for a mobile or a store location to repair your windshield .

This was a great experience so far, I just had my chip repaired yesterday. Had a very good price. I did drive my car in. They also gave me a six month warranty that they would refund that amount to a new wheel if it did not hold. Some people have already told me that they have done this up to two years ago and it still hasn’t cracked farther. Eventually, I will get a new windshield. And their price seems reasonable. I will see how my chip holds up.

If you need a windshield and if you appreciate impeccable customer service then this is the place to call. Sabrina is the manager of AutoGlassNow and she goes above and beyond to get the job done. We had a broken windshield on our van from a rock that got kicked up by a passing vehicle. We were directed to use Safelite glass through our insurance company. They were horrible, rude and lazy. They lied to us about having a windshield and we couldnt use the van for weeks while waiting for Safelite. They came out one day and then left saying they had the wrong windshield. Then the following week they were supposed to come out, I waited all day for them and no one came out no one even called. We were livid! We got a hold of AutoGlassNow! talked with Sabrina and she instantly put us at ease. She spent hours online to find us the correct windshield. Her team members Allen and Abraham ended up coming out 4 days earlier! Alan and Abraham, the glass installers, were articulate and knowledgeable and very professional. I can't express the stress that was lifted by dealing with these three. We are so grateful. As you know customer service really doesn't exist anymore. But it does at Ventura's AutoGlassNow!
