The shop did a great job, as they had done previously. It was fast and at a very reasonable price. The folks there are wonderful. Highly recommended.

If you want to be treated like family than you have to go see Jose and his crew. They are family owned and operated. The level of service is above and beyond any other body shop. They do excellent work at a fair price. Jose takes the time to explain every job himself and will make sure you understand whats going on with your vehicle. I have taken my Tundra here 3 different times and each time Ive been amazed at the results. If I could give more stars I would.

Martin was unprofessional and very rude. It took them about 2 months to do some bumper work. He never sent me progress pictures of my car as promised and never ONCE gave me a call to give me an update . DONT waste your time and money at this place . Edit**** They say this is a fake review ? I have all the receipts and texts from them. Stay AWAY!

This is a quality, local business with great people and fast turnaround times. I came in last year, with a need for repairing some chipped paint on my car. The team were extremely responsive and managed to repair the paint on the car within 2 or so days, finding time to squeeze our project in within an already booked schedule (as they could sense how important it was for me to get this fixed). A real 10/10, and so glad they are here in Ventura!

Let me start by saying I know absolutely nothing about cars, but the owner there was amazing. He not only gave my car a clean finish but made it look way more unique than ever. Maria, and the staff was really nice there. I am a women who needed help with her car and I got more than help there. I used to park in certain areas to hide the fact my brother accidentally ripped by gas cover because he didnt know how to open it up correctly so I decided to order a new but to match the paint it was almost 300 dollars which was very expensive because people told me I could just fix it myself, but it wouldve never came out looking this good. I felt like the owner really told me exactly what to do if I ever ran into another problem like this because my insurance wouldnt cover it. Also he did it all one day. I used to not let any one take pictures of my car for that reason and now I cant wait for summer so my friends can show off my new and improved car. If you dont have the money the owner will give you amazing suggestions of what other options you have. I been trying to get this problem of my gas cover for over 6 months and I would wait 6 months all over again just to have them fix it ! If you have any body issues. Jose made me feel like family. I definitely recommend this place ! They have it all from needing a ride to leaning you a rental car ! And the best customer service I seen ! Thank you again Maria and Jose ! I will definitely let all my nursing friends know about you guys !

My car was leaking water fom tbe drivers side from the roof of the car. They took care of the problem and also gave me a rental for about a week. They were so professional and affordable. I will go back for more services.

I came to Tip Top after a very discouraging price quote from a competitor. Jose did the Job for less than 1/3 of the price the other guy was charging. When I picked up my car it was spotless. Outside looked brand new and even the inside was cleaner than I left it. It was worth it for the amazing car wash alone! I have already recommended this place to friends. You never know when youre going to need them but when you do he will make you very happy. Thanks again Jose and Maria.

There are no words to express how truly excellent the work and the service are at Tip Top Paint & Body! On top of that, they are quite prompt in completing the job and their prices are so very, very fair. Maria deserves an award for her terrific professional yet friendly way of dealing with the customer. Listening to her deal with vendors on the phone tells me she has a great rapport with Tip Tops suppliers and subs... always a good sign! My family and I are long time customers of Tip Top and they recently impressed us again! I urgently needed my car door looked at because the window wouldnt go up. Within minutes Jose took my door completely apart, diagnosed the problem, and put it back together. The part arrived a short couple of days later. Jose was able to pop the new part in and send me on my way within 15 mins. We love Tip Top. Theyre so good about treating us like family. Theyre true professionals.

The men that run this shop as vary knowledgable and the are super helpful. I came in with a broken window in my 03 f150 and they had it in in 45 mins. Ive also been have some trouble with other areas of my vehical and they referred me to some places that can help. They are Also vary reasonably priced I highly recommended this shop.

I set up an appointment with Jose to give me an estimate on my truck he never showed up Called the office and he wasnt in they said they would let him know I called never got a call back decided to go with another body shop.dont waste your time with these guys They only care about big contracts with insurance companys.

I found Tip Top Paint & Body on-line and reviews were great, so when I was running into snags at the Body Shop my Insurance Carrier had listed as an approved shop- thought I would check out Tip Top. Felt immediately comfortable with Marie at the front desk handling all the ppwrk and the shop team. I am SO GLAD I switched auto body shops as Tip Top was able to do SO MUCH MORE Repairs under Ins. Coverage and did an excellent job! Even educated me on something called Appearance Allowance of further damage - which I was refunded by Ins. Co- All thanks to Tip Top- they live up to their name! Highly recommend them-Very pleased.

The most honest gentleman owns Tip Top and they do the best job in the county. Martin, is an example what makes Ventura Strong. It is a family establishment. What I really learned from Tip Top is not only are they hands down the best auto body shop in the Area, but he reminded that family is something I should cherish. For because this, they will always end my body shop.

Unbeatable desire to do a job and do it well, and actually care for the people they are serving. So happy to have worked with Jose and team--so rare to have a place I felt like would do the kind of job my own dad would. Very grateful.

We all expect quality work, but a true perfectionist shows through in how they handle a mistake. When I pointed out that we had painted the wrong side, they had me bring in the car immediately, and redid the work graciously, refusing to take any payment for the extra time. My 10 year old Solara is the queen of the block.

Seriously GET TO KNOW THESE GUYS!!!! They are great. I got into an accident and thankfully found Tip Top last minute. I was towed there and met Jose who is seriously one of the nicest guys ever. They helped me to navigate what would have been an otherwise nightmarish claims process with Geico. I totalled my car and they helped me to get paid out, keep it, and repair it in addition to keeping me fully aware of the tactics the insurance companies will use to avoid paying for storage and rentals. They saved my skin and I came out only having to suffer through my brakes and lights inspection. My car failed inspection at Dikes Thornton due to wear and tear unrelated to the accident. (worn bushings) DIkes Thornton wanted to charge me over a thousand for two new control rods. I called up Jose and he outsourced the job to a friend for under a 1/3 of that price. Later, during an oil change, I fpound out my motor mount had severed and the other was almost torn through. I went to pep boys and they wanted charge me $1200 to do it I called up Jose and his brother Martin did it for under $100 with a rental car too. One of my belts or pulleys is being weird right now too, but I havent been back. Only because I feel so comfortable that they are going a great job that im not worried about it.

Let me start by saying that I tend to shy away from writing reviews and creating an internet presence. However, in the case of Martin and the rest of the crew at Tip Top Body Shop, I feel the necessity to announce and advertise the incredible job and manner with which they treated me and my family. Martin and his staff treated us like his own family and they were 100% professional the entire time. I brought my truck in to have the undercarriage painted and few places on the cab touched up. They also popped a small dent out of my hood for $99. The dent, when popped, ended up cracking the paint. Martin informed me about this mishap and decided to repaint the entire hood at no additional charge to me. He simply didnt believe in providing a less than perfect service. I also brought some new headlamps and cab indicator lights for him to install which he did free of charge (to my complete surprise) even though it took his staff nearly an entire day. Finally, I had my wind shield replaced by them and was very pleasantly surprised to find out that they gave (and installed) it to me at their cost (<$100). Amazing! Awesome work, awesome people, awesome price! What more could you possibly ask for?

Great Repair Shop, fair quotes.

While visiting the Ventura area from Texas I backed my daughters new car into a post. After getting several repair estimates in Ventura I saw good reviews for Tip Top, stopped by there and am extremely glad I did. They gave a very reasonable detailed estimate for the repair and showed me quality work they were doing or had completed on other vehicles. Their work results, professionalism, courtesy, limited life-time warranty, and a reasonable estimate were impressive and I scheduled the work for later in the week. Repairs were perfect in all respects: smooth finish, perfect paint match, two day turnaround, and the final bill matched the estimate even though they buffed out some unrelated scratches. In addition it was really nice to deal with the owner/operators. I am very comfortable giving a high recommendation for this shop.

We were looking to have bar stools spray painted black and located Venturas Tip Top Auto body on the web. The owners were not only very accommodating and pleasant to work with, they did a super job on our our stools.When we visited the shop we observed they did superior work on cars. We highly recommend them.

I have been using Tip Top for years, having several cars repaired and painted. I will blame that part on the kids. No matter, they have always been the most polite, honest group of people I have ever encountered. They explain everything to you in detail and do exactly what they said they will do. There are no surprises. Their quality is outstanding. I dont even think of going anywhere else. Why would I? I recommended them to a friend of mine who was having trouble finding a shop to do a frame up restoration on his old Toyota. They did the job and he was more than happy.

These guys are great to work with, are competent, friendly, and very fair with pricing. I had a bunch of work done on my van from major rust work to suspension overhaul. Martin and Jose were always a pleasure to work with, contacted me with updates and questions before proceeding with anything not agreed to upfront, and did a restoration that would have cost me twice as much elsewhere. Highly recommended shop.
