Todd helped me with an insurance claim and some additional repairs on my car. I had a very satisfactory experience - quality work, great customer service, and very reasonable prices.
I’ve had to use North Ranch Bodycraft three times in the last two years for collisions where distracted drivers rear-ended me. Each time NRB did a fantastic job, leaving no hint that the car was ever involved in a collision. The work was done quickly (always in less than a week, once in three days), they matched the car’s unusual paint perfectly, and they even washed the car every time. Obviously I would rather not give them any more business, but if I get into another collision, there isn’t another place I would consider.
They did an excellent job in my car and excellent customer service they are very professionals, reliable and responsible.
My insurance agent referred me to this body shop. When I first check my car in the service was very good. They greeted me very courteously. My car was ready within the timeframe they informed me. I went to pick up my car and everything was smooth. My car was ready. They wash my car. It looked amazing. I was very happy with the job.
Great experience. Great quality. Great service. I had two doors fixed and painted on my Audi Q5. Todd is very friendly and the whole experience was excellent. Would highly recommend.
I brought my car here to get the bumper and side fixed after someone hit it parked. They only took care of half of the bumper which upset me but it was bc State Farm told them. When I got back in town and got my car I noticed the leather on my driver seat had been stained. They are refusing to take responsibility and I’m livid. Tom as an owner you should care about what your customers say. I never had this on my seat prior. Shame on you guys! Really hope you take some responsibility.
North Ranch Bodycraft was a preferred body shop that State Farm recommended. They did an excellent job replacing my driver's side window due to theft/vandalism. Todd was my main point of contact, he was very kind and communicative throughout the whole process. Their work has a lifetime guarantee and should anything else happen to my car, I would definitely return.
If you just need a new bumper or fender bolted on and painted they can probably do a decent job, but stay away if any bodywork is involved. After North Ranch fixed the car, my car had major paint flaws and the body contours were poorly matched in the area that needed repair. I pointed out the issues to the manager is he was very willing to redo the paint and bodywork. On the second try the paint was ok, by the quality of the bodywork was still sub par. The manager did offer to try again, but I needed my car back, and it seemed to be unlikely that there would be much improvement on the third try.
