Thank you to the gentleman who did my windshield repair! Took my car to safelight Who quoted me almost $1k with insurance -.- My friend called around and found this repair shop who quoted me less than half. Genuinely grateful as it was already stressful to be dealing with. I was able to get seen the very next day and it was done in a hour! Valley people this is your place to go! Hopefully it doesn’t happen again but I’ll be referring whomever close to me to you guys!
These guys were great. I believe the gentleman's name was Edgar. He is more than exceptional. I highly recommend otto's. Definitely will recommend them to anyone.
Edgar did an excellent job, he changed the windshield in both of my cars in like 2 or 3 hours. I couldn't be happier.
I want to start of by saying that the customer service was amazing. Edgar@ Otto's Auto glass was really helpful. They answered all my questions. An they didn't charge an arm and a leg for there services.
I've had this company replace two windshields in two separate vehicles over the last few years and they're always top notch! I was very particular on which glass I wanted on today's install and Edgar was able to track one down and arranged for install the very next day. Superb customer service and their prices (across the board for the different styles of glass and both vehicle models) have been far better than anywhere else.
Saw an Otto's Auto Glass Van on the road and decided to call get an estimate for my broken windshield. He was less expensive then the big name guy, really friendly, worked with my schedule. I hope I don't break another car window, but if I do I'll call Otto's
I had major break on the back windshield of my car and didn't know how to go about it. When I took it to the dealership, they told me it would cost me almost $1200 ($600 part + $600 labor) which I found to be outrageous. Thankfully I was referred to Otto's, and was informed that If I get the part myself, they can do it for the fraction of the cost. I got a great deal through a local shop and they sent Alex over to get the job done. (they have a mobile service that comes to you at your convenience, I stead of you going to them) Not only did he vacuum and cleaned everything inside and out, he was very professional, quick, and got the job done in under 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs their auto glass serviced. I'm thankful to Alex for taking such good care of my car.
