I filled out the quote request online and was sent a number. Then received a call later with an extra $75 off. Out the door for a 2013 Toyota Sienna was around $350 vs $421 at Safe-lite. Install took 1 hr. Easy, no complaints. Will use again (hopefully not anytime soon).

Great experience! They took my car right in, explained the process and timeline. They kept in touch & let me know immediately when it was done. Car was done faster than promised, even with calibration. They advised me on how to care for the new windshield. All employees were friendly and professional; installers and office staff. Cost ended up several hundred dollars less than dealer had quoted me. I chose to go to their location, but they would have come to me as well. Overall: Cost-effective, fast, convenient, professional, high quality. They made an unfortunate task into a good experience.

I'll never go to a mobile spot ever again. Glad I found this Auto Glass Now location. Was able to arrange an appointment next day. Dropped it off at 8am and car was ready by 930am. Such great service and great pricing Disclaimer. Although the car was ready. I had till 5pm to pick up. No pressure. It was nice. Hopefully I don't have to go again. But if I do. Went in for a leak. They found it was coming from the metal frame that had not been properly welded back together after an accident that happened before buying the car. They fixed it easily with black caulking whole thing took about 45 minutes to an hour from the diagnostic to the fixing and they charged me $100 which is the same amount that they quoted me over the phone for taking out the entire piece of glass and resealing it into my car. I think it was a little too expensive for the little work that they did do but overall great experience. Timely and professional. The young man who works there is very sweet and is a gem to have. I hope they treat him well.
