They really make their customers’ concerns their priority! I have an old car with many issues and the team at Toole’s really cares, and has saved the day on more than one occasion. Michael at the counter truly goes the extra mile to thoroughly listen. He takes the time to understand and address each of my car issues, as well as my priorities including cost, safety, and longevity. He investigates, talks to the team, price checks parts, and without pressure gives me the recommended action-plan options based on a balances of each of my priorities. A trusted advisor. First time uses toole's and I had a great experience. They diagnosed my truck quickly and sent me a complete estimate that included parts, labor and pictures of everything. They got a warranty honored on a part that they didn't even install and saved me $900. Very friendly and capable staff explained everything and answered all my questions. I will be using them again.

Super friendly and efficient, and explained the service they were providing for my car. Everything was perfect when they were done, including a couple of dashboard oddities they tweaked/fixed for me. I’m so glad Toole’s will be handling the servicing and warranty for my 2017 Ford Escape.

Michael answered my call to the shop and squeezed me in the very next morning as I had a road trip planned and my radiator reservoir was leaking it needed to be replaced. I came in the next morning. He did a visual And ordered me a new one on the spot and had it changed by midday that day . They even gave me a ride back to my house and picked me up when it was done, great service .. at a fair Price .i was very pleased and I will be Taking my truck back for any issues maintenance repairs needed going forward., finally found a fair repair shop to take care of my repair needs.

We like Toole’s a lot. The only thing was that we were told the work would be done by noon and it was not until 4. We definitely will take our car back to Toole’s, because they do good work and are pleasant to deal with. 👍

My truck was finally in need of a new transmission. So after sourcing the performance transmission I wanted they installed it along with all new lines, trans cooler, coolant bypass, and range sensor. Their mechanic spoke with me regarding some other maintenance items I wanted checked like a new rear main seal, greasing the front drive shaft u-joints and wanted to make sure everything I wanted done was being taken care of. They did it in a very timely & professional manner all while keeping updated throughout the install.
