Very poor customer service. Long wait for callpickup. Global service and customer care could not get hold of store. My vehicle was ready 2 hours late at 7pm. Vehicle was not clean but glass installation was done good. Also very poor customer service of front desk, no human touch to this place.

Isaiah was an awesome tech. He called me for my appointment. There was a snag in the the first attempt to installed the Jeep window . Than he called and said he was going to be late. I explained to Isaiah that I had an appointment and could not wait for him. He said he would call me back and he did and came right away. Great young man with a calm composure and very friendly personality .

I have used Safelite twice and had excellent service. Scheduling the service to come to my home was so easy online. They confirmed the the appointment, sent reminders, and called when they were on the way. The technician was professional and told me what he was going to do and how long it would take. I was quite concerned about coming here after reading the reviews but I have been here twice now in the last month (2/17 and 3/4) and got great service both times. I was sent here by AAA to get an auto glass chip repair. Jonathan and Felipe helped me and they both were kind and extremely efficient. I didn't have to wait long and they were actually able to accommodate me earlier during one of the appointments. Would recommend!

I'm very disappointed. My wife cut her finger this morning because of broken glass left on the tray by the shifting gear. It doesn't look like the area was cleaned up after the job was completed. I can't complain about the windshield replacement. They did a good job, but they should have cleaned after they finished.

Very poor front desk support. 4-Jan-2025 I was 40-50mins late for my appointment. She said,have to reschedule. I told I’ll check possibility and I’ll do my own then she Said please move other customers are waiting. She is not ready to listen any further word from me. 11-Jan-2025 She is not ready to answer/ listen my request or questions even I’ve an appointment. After giving key said car will be with them all day as booked drop and go. Im trying to explain the options available online appointment she is not ready to listen. She said please move other customers are waiting Note: Adding note 1hr after posting my review. Feel little depressed why it happened to me twice. Today i was standing 3rd in queue ~10mins. 2 customers were being answered, why not responded to me. My thought may be silly..its completely my thought & Getting question myself is this sort of ra——-? Here i can see many -ve reviews about front desk that true from my experience.

The huge glass sun-roof of my Tesla model 3 decided to fly away while driving on the highway, because apparently it wasn't correctly installed by another company who fixed it before (not those guys though). Booked an appointment through Safelite website, and got scheduled for the day after at 9am. I arrived at 9am sharp, and was (not really well) greeted by a guy behind the desk, who apparently had no clue about my appointment, and already started to ask for extra charge not disclaimed in the online quote I got. FORTUNATELY, Daniel came to the rescue letting that guy at the desk know that I was his 9am appointment, and he took over from that point. Daniel was very professional, and appeared to be very skilled as well when I showed him the damages, since he knew what to do right away about that rear glass roof panel (with knowledge of all the antennas and defrost connections...etc). Around an hour later, Daniel showed up back in the office letting me know that the car was done. I checked the work VERY closely, and I wasn't able to find any wrong doing. The car was still in perfect shape, without any new damages (that some other reviews claim to have seen on their car while being serviced there), and the work done was fantastic too ! The car looked like new again. So, I totally recommend the place and also to try dealing with Daniel as well if you can. Also, I had the feeling that walk-in were handled worse than people like myself who already had an appointment. That's something to keep in mind. Ohh, and that guy behind the desk could use some behavior improvement as well.
