Weird experience. During checkout the clerk asked for my phone and full name. Why I asked why this is needed, he starts to call me 'weird' for coming into the store and getting service without giving my contact.
I needed a new battery and the battery put in. My battery was not an easy one to replace. Edward went way above & beyond the level of customer service to help me. I didn't think he was going to be able to change it. He was bound & determined to. He spent a lot of time. I was way impressed. All through out being so polite & kind. Your company needs more great employees like him. And so does the world. I totally appreciate him. Thank you, Suellyn
O'reileys thanks for your compassionate employee! I did not get his name, but he was a young man medium athletic build that helped a lady in distress when I needed help with a blown headlight on a Sunday night. Had he not helped me I would have been forced to drive over 60 miles to my destination on that night ( not the safest) but thanks to him for going over and beyond!! It's been a couple days since I came in and I am so grateful for his help!! 😀
Purchased head-lights. Asked if they could install them for me. Employee said, "no problem, " and installed them in 2 minutes. 5 star service every time I shop at this store. Thanks, Union City O'Reilly's crew. You're the best ✌️
Came in and ask for assistance to the young associate said let me check system. Never came back walked by the front counter and he was on the cell talking to the other associate about some posting on social media! Thanks for the help time to go down the street to the competition.
Pretty sure o Reilly pays to get negative reviews taken down. We'll see how long this stays up. I only come here because I live close by dont expect to get any service here. If you come here you better know exactly what part you need and where it is in the store. Employees will not help you in fact they will probably try to make your life more difficult and be rude about it. Should just replace them with self checkout station all the employees here are useless.

Haven't been here enough times to offer a fully qualified review, but I've always had a fairly good experience the few times I have visited this particular O'Reilly location. As a general rule, I find the staff to be helpful -- they are not always perfect, but O'Reilly does seem to hire people who know the difference between the water pump and the alternator on a car. And they seem to train them. And this O'Reilly location meets that expectation.

A great Auto parts place with lifetime warranties on alternators and other vital parts for your car. Im a do it yourself kind of guy save thousands of dollars doing my own mechanics on my own vehicle.

No good stores and no good associates I bought a battery for my car last year and it broke already and they said it is not covered by warranty what kind of battery they are selling . It is good only for one year. And the associates are rude . Don t buy battery on that stores. Don t ever go to that store they are bunch of liars they said my battery is bad new a new one and I decided to bring to autozone they charged it and it works I m not going back to this store anymore. Autozone is my new store they are honest and good customer service.

I had old not working lightbulb, inner box blown fuses and not working auto/usb charger, did my research, stop by store and explain my situation to sales associates. They both were extremely helpful and listen to my story, helped me with return, directed to the right parts (fuses) and even helped me to replace one from my charger! Very happy with my visit!

The people who work here ( fremont st. / Decoto, union city ) were all irresponsible, neglecting to put order on tackhe system and let me come back the next day and denying the order. The other one guy, neglecting to call me back to verify about my order if its already there. Asking to what u need is there only guessing. Did the manager did the same too? or probably one of them who Id talk to is a manager.
Service was great. They had what my mother needed. Will go back.
