The Firestone in Thousand Oaks is one of those secret gems. I had never visited one before. The facility is staffed adequately to service people with appointments and walk ins. The manager was very helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable of his staff and what was going on. The seating area was clean and comfortable with a restroom, vending machine, coffee. Best part is my car got taken care of in a timely manner.
Though I was late by 30 min from the appointment time for wheel alignment but they still accepted my car and finished the job in 45 minutes. Appreciate their customer centric behaviour
I drove in with a flat tire on my work van. I asked if they could fix my flat. The guy at the desk told me it was very busy and would be at least 2 hours, probably more. I asked if it was possible to speed that up as I had appointments to make. He said no, it would be more than 2 hours. Stuck, I said Ok. He went out to look at the van and said that there was too much damage to the side wall... I got new tires a couple of weeks ago. I told him lets just proceed because I was stuck and I needed to get the van going. He looked at the inventory in the computer and said, "oh, we don't have that tire in stock." He called a different location. They didn't have it there either. He said, "Sorry, we don't have that tire. They probably do in Oxnard" I asked "So then what?" He shrugged and said sorry. I took the van to another tire store right across the street to just have them put on the spare for me so that I could find at least get driving till I figured out what was next. The other tire store patched my tire and even did it for free.
I took a used car I was looking to buy from a dealer to the Thousand Oaks Firestone store for an inspection before purchasing it. I encountered multiple issues, which led me not to recommend Firestone and, in fact, never to use them again. 1) During the inspection, the mechanic left the car hanging on the lift for 30+ minutes while going to work on another vehicle when I informed the staff that I had the car out from a dealer under time constraints. 2) I was informed I needed a front brake job and alignment. I was told the inspection report would be emailed shortly to close the transaction. I paid for the inspection and drove back to the dealer to return the car. A couple of minutes later, I received two emails. The first one was the Vehicle inspection report, which indicated that the steering and Suspension were in need of repair or replacement, noted along with other components and that the Brakes were checked and acceptable. In need for repair section, it indicated the alignment no longer performs its intended purpose, but there was no information provided as to what parts of the alignment were out of spec and, more importantly, no indication of the need for a front brake job, as I was told. The second email I received was about the cost of the services proposed. I contacted Aaron, my sales rep, and said I was at the dealer and needed to have the information about the alignment and to show that I needed a front-end brake job with the specs of the Pads and Rotors, as I was told by the mechanic and the person who checked me out of the transaction. I was told it was a closed transaction, and they could not retrieve or modify the information, but he would contact his corporate office to see what they could do. I waited an hour and nothing. The car dealer said well, we can't do the work as part of the car sale without proof of it needing to be done. I had to decide if I wanted a car, so I purchased the vehicle. That evening, I received a survey request from Firestone and filled it out with information similar to the above. The next day, Aaron called me and asked why I filed a complaint against his store. I informed them of the above, and ask me how he correct the issue. I said to perform the brake job and alignment free of charge. I told him I had been a customer of Firestone for 40+ years, and this mistake cost me almost $700 in negotiations with the car dealer, and now I would have to cover work out of my pocket. He said he would get back to me. A couple of days passed, and there was no phone call from Aaron; I called the store, and he told me I would call you today. Ok sure. Aaron informed me that the store would not pay for any work and would only refund the inspection charge. I said no thank you; instead I will post over social media how a 40+ year customer of Firestone is being treated. He said Corporate informed him that it was an IT issue, not a local store issue so they won't comp. I asked why corporate did not notify him promptly so the store could print out the reports. He said they just didn't. I informed Aaron that I consider Firestone as one company, not a local store and a seperate corporate office. Corporate (Who carries the same name, Firestone) is just as responsible if the customer is harmed by the actions or processes undertaken at the store. So, my recommendation is not to use Firestone as they are not to be trusted. By the way, this was not my first issue with Firestone. I previously had two other issues I did not report with other stores over the years and probably should have learned my lesson.
Just great, friendly service. Had a front end alignment. Courteous enough to tell me I didn't really need it. That was okay with me to know ball joints etc were in good shape. Bought new expensive tires so it was cheap insurance. Even made sure my spare was aired up. Thanks
Aaron, the service manager, was truly the best part of the visit. He was kind, understanding, and able to exceed my expectations for service, guidance, and understanding. I came in for a tire repair but the damage was too extensive so Aaron worked with me to find an appropriate tire to replace it. My experience was so favorable that I replaced not only the damaged tire, but the other front tire which was in bad shape, too. Because of Aaron's professionalism and kindness, and the amazing tires he set me up with, I'll be back soon to replace the back tires. Thank you, Aaron, and thank you TO Firestone. Aaron, was so much help to say the least, he stuck around 30 minutes after his shit to try to get me on the road again. Unfortunately I didn’t have the key to my tire so that was the only thing that held me back. Great guy, great help. I would definitely recommend Aaron for your tire or your repair needs here at Firestone Thousand Oaks.

I live in northridge and close to the other location but I rather be at this one because of the customer service and the overall vibe. I ve been coming here since 2016. So thanks again guys

The Firestone is a true organized criminal store. First, they hire persons from the street to work and brake the parts on your car. And then they lied. But in the meantime, they hook you up with a credit card for the rewards that you get, not $100. But $70. And only works when you have a service again with a crooked personel. But when you open, they tell you that comes off your statement, liers. Then, when you submit for rewards, they are not accepting because rewards dont exist. Even that you have all the papers. Now i have to file a dispute with district Court.

Originally came in just for an oil change and got upsold on the 100k Mile Maintenance. We would have been happy to do but sadly after receiving our car back they told us it is common for there to Be break dust visible and not to be alarmed, We Instantly discovered a deep scratch on the paint of our car. (Front bumper) After bringing it to the teams attention they told us it definitely wasn t us all we did was take your car off the lift and take it for a test drive Crew was screaming and messing around throughout our whole 4 hours being there. Don t bring your car here they are immature and unprofessional.

Made an appointment to get a tire replaced because mine was damaged. I ended up waiting 2 hours for them to replace a single tire, and no one ever told me it would take that long, I made an appointment so that I wouldnt have to wait that long. Also, once I paid I noticed they charged me for a road hazard protection warranty which I never asked for and which I was never told about. Service manger Aaron complained when I asked for a refund for something I did not approve or want, he complained about how long it would take him and that it was a pain. He then said that he couldnt do it and didnt know how and I would have to wait days for his manger to come in. Horrible customer service, sleazy sales people.
Unethical business practices here. DON T GO HERE!!!!! They wasted my time AND money! If I could give Firestone less than a 1- star, I would. Today, my car battery died, so I went and called AAA to replace it. They noted that my battery was from Apr 2023. I have had my car since Dec 2021, and have never had the battery replaced. I have only ever had my car serviced at Firestone because I had believed they were the best company to deal with my car. Turns out, during the times I took my car to Firestone, one of the workers had switched out my battery with a faulty battery. I cannot believe that this has happened. The tech said maybe that a worker had go switch the battery because they needed to test something while it was in the shop, however, no disclosure was made about changing out my battery HOW UNETHICAL! I will never get any work done from these scam artists again. Do yourself a favor and go to your respective dealership for your car. Trust me it s worth it.

I had an 11:00 oil change appointment. I arrived at 10:50 and checked in. I checked the box online that I would be waiting for my vehicle. I also told the agent who checked me in. After an hour of waiting, I asked about the status of my car. I was told it been seen yet and it would be another 30-40 minutes before they would start on it. Unacceptable! I can understand them not getting to a car 20-30 minutes after a scheduled appointment time but this was ridiculous. The agent told me they were extremely busy; ? I had an appointment. End of story. I took my car and left. If they overbooked, that s their problem. I shouldn t have to pay price of my time because of that. I would rather have had them tell me to wait a couple of days than not honor my appointment time. I ll have the oil change done somewhere else.
This shop helped me out in a real bind and solved my issue when we couldnt find my wheel lock. I couldnt be more grateful for their service and help!! Aaron couldnt be more professional

Had 10am appointment. Did not get service after 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting. Decided to leave. The person in charge said that there were two wheel alignment appointments scheduled at 10:00 which I have never seen before with Firestone but it could be true. Doesnt make sense. I Heard him talk about one of the employees getting injured while working on the other persons truck that snuck in just before I walked through the door and probably did not have a wheel alignment appointment. Many excuses and seemed to have several problems going on at the same time somewhere the truth is in there. Maybe not.

I have always taken my Honda Civic in to a Firestone to get serviced. When moving to Ventura County I tried a few out and found the Thousand Oaks Blvd location is my favorite. Aaron helped me out this time and he was patient and very informative about the work my car needed. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to help me when it came to understanding what my car needed and prioritizing the work according to what I could afford at the time. We ve been coming to Firestone in Thousand Oaks for about 5-6 years, perhaps longer. Today I needed a new battery for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. We decided to purchase a Diehard Platinum AGM battery because it was rated highly on multiple review sites. We called Firestone and spoke to Rick and Jay. Both men were very pleasant. It turned out that they had my battery in stock and they got me in right away. The new battery was installed in less than 15 minutes after I arrived. Jay assisted me with the purchase and the final paperwork. Hes a very nice, friendly person and he also gave me an excellent price on the battery. I strongly recommend trusting the Firestone Dealer at 1100 East T.O. Blvd. in Thousand Oaks, CA for all of your automotive needs. They also have high quality tires with competitive tire prices! While i relied on this specific store for almost three years, it is now under new management and the service was a complete disaster. I came in for a simple oil change, 10 days later i will still waiting on my car. While they claim they did me a favor, they completely covered up whatever damaged they did while under their care, and pretended to do me a favor at their expense. I now have to take the car to the dealership to fix their work. In addition, they cracked my windshield and showed no accountability. Stay away unless you dont care about your car, then good luck. Im sure they will reply with some clever response, but just go somewhere else.
Bad service. My car is leaking oil after an oil change and even after I took it back to be fixed it is still leaking. Also had another issue related to the tires. Still nice people but different than before so maybe not same management, expertise level, or quality control. I won t take my car or my wife s car there anymore
I will not be returning to this establishment. Of course, it is typical for Firestone to offer services that aren t needed. Sales are important. I get it. But forcing unnecessary services is a totally different issue. I went in with ONE damaged brake caliper. After $2,400 worth of recommendations and a lot of we don t know if this or that was damaged or not I was forced to have a second brake caliper replaced for a safety issue. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the second brake caliper. I was told to either do both brake calipers or they would refuse service. Also when the front desk associate went to speak with the manager about the matter, i heard lots of profanity coming from his office while discussing the issue. After agreeing to have both replaced, we were told that all parts available and it would not take long. Two hours later, we were told the vehicle had not been serviced yet because the parts had just arrived. Very unprofessional. Will not return to any Firestone.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE IDIOTS FOR ANY DIAGNOSIS These people are morons that dont want to actually do any work. They just wanna say the first thing that pops into their 2iq brains even if it has a negative effect on the customer. I brought my GFs Prius in a year ago and they told me I needed to replace the hybrid battery in that Prius, a $3k repair. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion, who took the time to diagnose the issue, and it turns out to be a water pump, $300 repair.... I bring my car in today because it has an ABS code on figuring its simple brake work, and what is their diagnosis? Replace the hybrid battery... Is that what they always say? I even explained, hey Sam Im almost 100% sure its not the hybrid battery, can you look into the break actuator or skid sensor? (Simple Google search told me it could be these issues) His response I dont mess with hybrid batteries ... Did he not listen? Does he not care? He then told me to come get my car because he doesnt work with hybrid batteries... Oh and by the way heres an update for you, once again took my car to an ACTUAL MECHANIC who took the time to physically look into my problem, and all he had to do was reprogram the ABS system. Literally 0 parts required for this work, IT TOOK HIM LESS THAN 2 HOURS TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX MY ISSUE, and these SAM tried to tell me I needed a $3,000 repair. This is the problem with idiots like Sam in management positions, not only is the information they give to their customers non factual, they do not care about the effect it has on their customers. If I was just a regular person without my very minimal knowledge of vehicles/errorcodes would have taken Sams word as factual and paid $3,000 into a problem that didnt exist. If you look at all the positive review on this place, its people who need a new battery, new tires, brakes, a window motor, repairs that require 0 critical thinking whatsoever, and that is extremely accurate. You seriously need to look into better training for the management at this location, or at least explain to them its ok to say sorry sir we cannot diagnose this issue because we dont want to take the hour out of our day to look further than an error code. That ^^^ is a much better answer than just spewing lies to customers like your current management does.

Got wheels installed here. When I went to rotate them I learned that this shop stripped my wheel studs when installing the wheels. They replaced the stud and lug nut with non oem lug nut and rotated tires. Just days after this another lug nut falls off while I m driving. Don t trust this shop with your life.

SAM....RUDE..... Wow how does Firestone have business with him checking people in. So Gruff.... Was dropping my car off for routine tire rotation and alignment. I also mention my check engine light came on if they could check it. He says..gruffly its $99.00 do you want to get into this with the scans. I said last time they checked it quick and kind of knew. He acted like I did not say anything. I have been going there for ever 2 sets of tires work and have always been treated good... When I booked the appointment I asked if I could be taken back to work it is so close , If they have a person no problem. They always do this for me because they need your car all day for even tire rotation.. But I asked him he said no he could not take me back to work ( very coldly and rude). I askes if I drop off later could they help me with this.NO i dont have anyone. I said I cant leave my car...OK...... It probably work Sam did not want . FIRESTONE keep Sam in the back with the cars. Jennifer is so nice . Where are you? Guess I am stuck with my tires but will have to take my car service else where that cares
My cars check engine light is on. I take it in and they help me. I love this spot. My car on the other hand, is aging like milk sitting on a park bench during a heatwave.

Had my wheels rotated here. Warned them beforehand that the wheels MUST be torqued with a torque wrench in a specific order as Ive had steering wheel shake before when things were done with an impact gun. The guy seemed offended that I asked him to do things this way and semi-rudely said everything will be done correctly. I picked up the car when they closed and had a huge steering shake when slowing between 30-50mph. Went back the next day and he wanted me to leave the car there again for the day. Ended up going to the dealer to have it done correctly. Problem went away. I forgot the service advisors name but older white guy with tattoos. Id avoid this place in the future.

Had the tire indicator go on in my CRV. I had a nail in a tire and the team at Firestone fixed it for a very reasonable price while we had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. Great experience and recommend them. When shopping for tires, I will be back. Thanks Firestone
If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for a tire rotation for 7am thinking I would be in and out by 8/8:30 tops. Waited outside because the door was locked. By 7:10, the person working gestured at the other door (did not approach the door or really greet me). I was asked for a number to call when it was ready, and I said I was waiting (as I indicated when making the appointment) and was then told it would be until noon and an appointment only gets you in line which makes appointments useless. I regret ever buying tires from Firestone because the free rotations have become a huge headache.

I have had issues with mechanics in the past (talking down to me because Im a woman even though I know a decent amount about cars). But I found Firestone and I couldnt be happier. Ive been taking my car here for years now and have always had a positive experience, fair pricing, and zero condescension. Ive noticed they treat all their customers with respect. Sitting in the waiting room, you can hear them tell customers heres the urgent items, and heres the items we recommend but if you wait, wont leave you on the side of the road. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest and fairly priced mechanic.
Went in for a headlight bulb replacement and paid 100. I had my own lights and still paid 100 for 5 min of labor. Had me sitting there waiting for my car to be seen and paid for labor hours that were not used on my car. Will not be back. The only thing that made the experience decent was the professionalism of the woman working upfront.

To be brutally honest I had an appointment however it still took three hours. Im glad I had a ride because I hadnt planned on it taking that long for two front tires. I dont really Blame the employees at Firestone. I blame the whole shutdown businesses are finding it hard to hire employees that want to work. Therefore wait times are longer for Customers. My mistake was going to a complete auto care I should have just gone to a tire only store and I probably wouldve been out quicker. You live And you learn.

Ive been coming here for years! Ive had tires service to major front end work done here. Ive always received honest and professional service here. My last experience Joseph took care of me. (Im not an easy customer to deal with)Bryon the tech also took care of me. I warned both of them about scratching my rims doing my alignment and Bryon didnt make any promises but he said he would be very careful with my vehicle and he was.... I couldnt find a scuff or scratch! go see Joseph and bryan theyll take care of you!
Had an appt for a simple oil change & to check brakes at 10am. Dropped our car off on time. Called to check in at 230 and was told there was still 2 cars ahead of mine and hopefully they would know more by 430. Showed up at 5 and my car had yet to be moved since 10am when I dropped it off. I asked for my keys and got my car and left. The staff was rude. Is not and should not be the norm to have rude staff after having your car gone all day and still not completed at the end of the day. Take your business elsewhere. This place is lacking in professionalism.
MAJOR BUYER BEWARE Id never go to any firestone especially because this place they service our fleet and its nothing but issues with them I want to make this review for the normal people they have left tools numerous times in our engine bays, over heating truck that was missing a whole gallon of coolant when we topped it off and bled it, left our taillight dangling after changing the bulb, left our oil cap loose never found it again, tire pressure off by 30 psi, told us they changed our air filter I had checked later and it was caked like a dryer vent, asked them to change my squealing serpentine belt and they said it was fine that they removed it checked it and put it back on who does that to a maintenance item and they somehow put all the dirt back on all the plastics it was a savana van so they didnt want deal with the tight space and the next day started squealing once again, they also dont reset your this sensors.

My sons tire had a slow leak due to debris on the freeway. I asked the staff to please inspect the tires and either fix or replace any damaged tire or tires. The associate was quite rude, not bothering to put the car on a lift (instead using a jack) and told me that only one needed to be replaced. A little while later, my son calls me and tells me that another tire was going flat. He took it to another tire store who checked all the tires, found another nail in a different tire and fixed it. Not only was this poor customer service, it was downright negligent.
Admittedly not a loyal customer but have shopped here before. Everyone else was closed on Sunday and I had a semi emergency. These guys went above and beyond to help me. Great knowledgeable staff as well. I will be going here from now on. Thank you!
A little slow, but got the job done. The only bad thing was my Firestone credit card wasnt welcome anymore as it had been three years since I used it last.

The air conditioning in my 2012 Subaru Forester went out; the coolness had been diminishing over time. I came to Firestone to get an estimate and they said I needed a new compressor with all the bells and whistles. The price tag: 1859.00$. I about had a heart attack. Luckily, I have a friend who had good experience with another shop, took it there, they recharged the AC with freon, charged me 89.00$ out the door, couldnt even find any leaks. My AC is now working perfectly, and alas, my heart attack wasnt fatal.
I had an appointment for alignment at 8:00 a.m on Sat 10/3/2020. I dropped the car off at 8:02 a.m. and was told that they would call me when it was ready. I went for a walk and came back at 8:50 a.m. My car was still in the parking lot area. When I asked why they had not started, I was told that the mechanic was finishing some work on a car from yesterday and that they would have my car ready in an hour or so. I was also told that the appointment was just to get me in the queue. Anyway, I went for another walk and came back at 9:30 a.m. They still had not started work on my car. When I asked I was told there were others ahead of me and that on Saturdays after the car is dropped off it could be a few hours before it is done. These comments were from a different person than the one I had talked earlier. Then the same person who had told me at 8:50 a.m. that my car would be ready in an hour or so asked me what I wanted to do. I asked whether they can have my car ready in 30 minutes (it was 9:30 a.m. so 30 minutes would take us to 10:00 a.m.) a little over an hour after 8:50 a.m. when I was told my car would be ready in an hour or so. He said no. I asked for my car keys and drove off.
I needed a headlight replaced and they promptly took care of it. They were very friendly. I would definitely go back again for their excellent service!!

My daughter brought her car in, on my recommendation since they treat me like a vip. She was greeted with a bit of rudeness. Not going to post details of her horrible experience, when my daughters and wife come in and you speak to them, speak to them as if you are speaking to me, a man. Because in the end, they will end up telling me about the service I always praise about, good, bad, and in this case, horrible. The way my daughter was treated is not worth the praise I always give Firestone...
Had a Christmas weekend emergency repair while visiting family - blown air bag on a rear shock absorber. I called late Saturday, spoke to Jennifer. She was very helpful and I quickly limped into their shop. Within 24 hours, Jennifer was able to source the part, get it installed and ger me back on my way home to San Diego. Unfortunately I did not catch the Techs name, but we spoke when I picked up the vehicle. Very nice and explained how he fixed the air bag, activated the compressor, etc.... Thank you again to Team Jennifer!
I ve been to this Firestone location a few times, at the recommendation of the people who sold me my car. In the past, my experiences weren t anything special, nor were they bad, but after my experience yesterday, I won t be returning. For some background - Firestone sold me 4 new tires earlier this year, with a supposed warranty. I got a flat tire 2 months ago, so I took my car in expecting to get it replaced for free. It cost me $120 for a new tire - WITH the warranty coverage. With my luck, I got another flat this week. I called Firestone, set an appointment for 10am the next day, and brought my car in. To be fair, I had told them I wasn t really in a time crunch. However, 2.5 hours later, I had heard nothing, so I gave them a call. The associate told me that my rim was severely damaged. When I asked whether or not they could order a new rim for me, he seemed unsure and told me he would call me back. He didn t call back for another hour, and he was extremely unhelpful then too. I decided to just come get my car after it had been sitting in their lot for FOUR hours with nothing done. It was a complete waste of my time. I then took my car down the street to America s Tires, and they charged me $170 for a new tire AND an after market rim. It took them about an hour, despite being flooded with customers and appearing much busier than Firestone. America s Tires also mentioned that their warranty covers the tire for free, as it should. I will definitely be returning to America s Tires - not to Firestone.

I will not go no where near this shop or other Firestone shops again. Employees are rude and untrained on customer interactions. I called them two different times and made appointments to take my car in. First time was for an oil change and tire rotation. Second time two weeks later for tire rotation since I had the oil change done some where else. First time they even could not find my appointment, so I had to leave without servicing my car. Second time I was told that I had to leave the car for four hours. If that is the case what is the use of making the appointment. To me that is the time they should start working on the car. I was one of the first customers entering the shop at 8:05 AM. I think they reserve their time for selling and installing tires and perform other services in between. I will not buy another Firestone tire ever again.
Went in for brakes on front axle. Made appointment, but had to wait hour and a half. Quoted $600.00 for simple brake job. Walked out and got job done for $300.00. Will never go there again. not worth time and will take you to the cleaners. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Rude and lazy employees-he told me to come in for a patch job 30 minutes to closing so I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told they didnt have time. Get real.
They always take good care of my car. Seem to be honest which is hard to find nowadays.

The people who work here are wonderful! I ve been coming here for at least 10 years and the staff are always kind and helpful. They always try to be as cost effective as possible and don t push you to do additional and unnecessary things to your car. These are the only people I am willing to trust with my car.
They took 2 hours to change a tire
Very disappointed they don t even deserve the one star, I have taken my car in so many times And the job was still not done right, I feel for the employees because they are very much overworked and I feel that that s why the job is never done right, Also I previously had given a one star and I was reprimanded about it by the manager Sam Knowing what a sloppy job they had done to my car , They also need to send Jennifer Lamb back into training because she s got the most miserable customer service skills I ve ever witnessed, too many things to say about this experience but please avoid going there you re better off with a mechanic down your block.

As much as I didnt relish the thought of arriving at 7am for an oil change, I made the appointment and the choice to avoid the rush and get in and get out. And that is exactly what I did. They opened the doors promptly at 7. I could only see 1 tech and 1 customer service guy and thats all I needed. The man who helped check me in and out was very knowledgeable about my specific muscle car and others in its class. He was super friendly and quite engaging (maybe because I was the only person in there and my caffeine had kicked into high gear so I was quite... enthusiastic). The technician got to work immediately on my car and finished in good time. Actually I am just assuming that it was good time lol because in all of my years of driving I have never actually waited while my oil was getting changed, I just drop it off . All in all, I recommend this place for an oil change. The on-line appointment system worked well for me so I would recommend that too.

I cant say enough good things about Firestone. Qualified mechanics and a courteous desk staff. Sam was particularly helpful in getting a difficult problem on my car solved.
Firestone is a great company. Over the past decade, Ive been to a few different locations for various issues with my tires and Ive always been impressed with their service and their desire to go the distance for their customers. Theyre amazing at earning customer loyalty.

Been coming to Firestone for years. This particular Firestone is the worst of anyone Ive ever been to . Over tighten my oil filter. Couldnt get it off when I needed to, broke two tools trying to remove it.

All good reviews must be staff or family. This place is a joke. Wanted to charge my girlfriend $300.00 for 2 new tires, when the problem was only a loose valve stem. TIRE MAN down the street fixed it for FREE!!!
I had a screw in my trailer tire( which had Nitrogen in it) Sam sent me to Costco because for some reason Firestone doesn t have Nitrogen. (Don t understand that one) Went to Costco and they didn t really want to help because of the 30 foot trailer, told me I have to replace the tire and it would be 165.00 and 3 hours. I called Sam at Firestone and he said he had a tire and could get me rolling in under an hour........guess where I went. And was done in under an hour on a rainy day. They worked outside in the rain. I will now always call Sam for my future tire needs. Firestone get your stores Nitrogen! Your loosing money.
I have been getting my cars serviced since 1981. Always friendly and never try to talk me into any service that I really dont need now but let me know when something is due.

4 hours for a simple change of tires, didnt even get to the free alignment check, and an additional $90.00 charge after a final price was already given to me. Wont be going here again.

Went in a few months ago with my 21-year-old minivan. Great service; new manager was personable, knowledgeable, fixed the car and got us out of there in short order. Much better than some of my experiences with other Firestone locations.
This place is a joke. They have different polices depending on which employee you talk to. Not only did it take them 5 whole minutes to answer their ringing phone, but once answered, i was put on hold for another 10 min. Dont waste ur time with these clowns
