I was really needing a good deal and Israel and his guys stepped in and gave me a huge bundle of new brakes, rotors, oil change, and tire rotation for a super cheap deal. Super professional and they look out for the every man couldn’t recommend more

I called in the morning around 930am and asked if I could come in after work at 2. They said yes of course! I walked in and was immediately greeted by name. Very friendly staff. Clean and organized environment. Kept me informed every step of the way and got both front and rear brakes fixed all before closing at 5. HIGHLY recommend! I went into a Shell gas station auto shop on Moorpark Blvd to get an oil change and was told I need to replace all my brakes. I just bought this car from a certified dealer. Anyway, thank GOODNESS I took my car here for a second opinion. They were great and quick to look at my car, which does not need new brakes. They told me that my front brakes were actually brand new! Phew, they just saved me +$500! I will for sure come here when I eventually do need new brakes! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this very honest, very professional shop!!
Dan and his crew are the greatest! He's reasonably priced and very honest. I took my car in for brakes and he called and told me to pick it up, that breaks are not necessary, just gunked up. So he cleaned them at no charge (replaced a fuse which the dealer quoted 48$ to fix) and sent me on my way. Not only will I return when I need to but I've already referred 2 people to them.
I was reading the reviews before coming to this place and all I kept seeing “great customer service” over and over. That comment is an understatement, the manager Ben is an amazing guy who is incredibly friendly! Since it was going to take 2 hours to fix my brakes, he called me an uber to and from my house, and when he checked me out, he wasn’t in a hurry, in fact he helped me find a coupon to help me out! I had a great first experience here and I will be coming back!

Took my car for front brakes because it was shaking every time I hit the breaks, they put apparently the new brakes and the issue persisted after 2 days, took it again and they told me they fixed, few days later was not only the vibration I hit the break but an awful noise, I call to complain but didn t take back my truck anymore, I went to other mechanic and they told me that the brakes they used were very cheap and that the rotor was to scratched, and imposible to be fixed, I knew it was the rotor but brake master denied both times. Donald the manager was not helpful at all, he had this attitude of passive agressive, that translated means I don t care about customers. Avoid taking your car here.
Staff was respectful, they couldnt match the quote I got elsewhere but I felt like they had my best interest at heart.

Donald and his staff at the Thousand Oaks Brake Master found things wrong with my vehicle that the dealership missed and that put my wife in jeopardy. We live in Northern California, we were Thousand Oaks California. The guys at the Thousand Oaks tripled up on my vehicle, getting two days work done in 5 hours. Giving us confidence in our vehicle for our return drive home.

I had my front brakes and rotors replaced. Now I have intermittent trouble braking and they make a horrible noise. I took it back for them to fix it and I still have the same problem. This was the first and last time I take my car anywhere but the dealer
1st visit. Good group of guys. Very helpful and forthright. Will (eventually...hopefully) return.

The manager was able to diagnose my brake problems with my verbal description and a short test drive. They fixed my brakes, much to my relief, without a full brake replacement. Great work! Thank you for making my driving time safe again!! And thank you for having a Covid complaint lobby.

This is the only place I truly do trust. . Ben is a honest caring man who does not take advantage of people and will help you as much as he can. I went to agoura hills care car and the didnt do anything that was supposed to have been done. While still charging me the max and then telling me that my suspension needs to be done and the shocks. Giving me an amount of 1900.00 I went to pep boys then brake masters. Ben showed me that my suspension were sprayed to look like they need to be replaced . Pep boys and the dealership told me the same thing. So again I WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE FOR MY CAR MAINTENANCE!!! THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME WITH MY CAR! AND FOR LISTENING TO ME VENT!!!! .

Very shady place, they do not have a clue , what they are doing, the only reason you can go there is just for breaks & they have no good mechanics for other services. Breaks & that is it, it is way cheaper if you shop around elsewhere.
The staff are always very friendly and yet very professional. I have 9 cars and never think twice where to bring them for service but here. To my surprise, I was selected as one of their customers of the year last year:)

Went in for a free break check, everyone there was so accommodating and polite. The guys did a very thorough job and even looked into some parts of the car that just didnt sound right to give suggestions. Ben was especially helpful. Definitely recommend this place!
