Auto Precision Repair in Thousand Oaks

This is the only repair shop I will ever think of working with again. They are quick, honest, and genuinely kind. I would recommend to anyone, and look forward to the next time my car breaks (knock on wood!) so I can use their services.

I would never go anywhere else but here. We (my whole family - and now grown kids) have followed them from previous locations.. best in town. Marcelo, Emilio and the whole team are just the best most fair and kindest people. The best team in Ventura County.

I have been going to this garage for years. Emilio and his team have always done great work for me. I have a 2013 Mercedes that runs like a dream because of their maintenance and repairs. They are professional, they always go over the estimate, they call you with updates and always get the work done on time! Highly recommend you check them out!

I was heading to LA for a work conference and had an unexpected mechanical failure. I was 100 miles from home and had to have my vehicle towed to the nearest shop. It was the end of the day, and I asked the tow truck driver to take me to an auto parts store. He suggested O’Reilly’s where there’s an Auto Center near by with multiple shops. I was hoping one of the mechanics would assist even though it was 5pm. The first two people I approached both brushed me off. They couldn’t be bothered at 5pm. My third ask was to Emilio at Auto Precision Repair. He was closing up the shop for the evening. I explained what happened and he said that he worked on European Cars. He was trying to leave to see his dad whom he hadn’t seen in a year. He then said, “go get your truck and I’ll take a look”. He dropped everything to help me. What I thought was a simple belt turned into a little bit larger issue requiring a new belt and pulley. Fortunately, the auto-parts store had both parts in stock. Without Emilios kindness, I would have been stranded. After repairing my vehicle, I asked him how much for the work. He said pay whatever I felt was fair. I gave him the cash I had on hand (not nearly enough in my opinion) and offered to get more if there was a nearby Bank or put it on my credit card. He insisted “No” and sent me on my way. I’ll never forget Emelio’s kindness, If I lived in the area I would highly recommend his shop to everyone I know. There are still good people in this world!

Marcelo is Mercedes certified and really knows the ins and outs of Mercedes cars, plus many other car types, Toyota,Lexus, etc. I have brought my 1995 320E convertible to him for several repairs. An old oil leak was the first, and it was obvious he knew everything about my car. So I brought it back for the engine light, which turned out to just be the sensor switch and I was in and out in an hr. This is the only place I go to now. He is quick, fair and incredibly fast. Marcello goes above and beyond to be helpful, has a heart and he is handsome too. I feel just as confident with his partner Emilio who always greets me with a smile. If you want to hear singing and laughter while sitting in the clean waiting room, this is a visit well made and money well spent. 👏👏👌👌👍😁

The people are super friendly and family oriented. The service is loyal and honest! They walk you through any issues with your car, step by step, so you know exactly where the problem is and what needs fixing. I know they prefer to work on German cars but I can't get myself to take my Chrysler anywhere else. Thanks Marcello and Team for keeping me on the road! Erik

They are willing to take the time to explain what's going on and what needs to happen with your vehicle. They efficiently and effectively complete the work asked for with precision (no pun intended). They are my new and only shop for service on my 2006 Honda Civic and any other vehicles I have in the future.
