These people are incredible. My engine check light came on 300 miles from my home iand they were able to pull the diagnostic code at no charge. Helped me add oil to my car. Even loaned me a funnel. Wow! That is outstanding!
I buy all my car batteries and motor oil as well as oil filters at this location. The staff always gets it right and is very helpful. If there is a mistake, they fix it right away highly recommend.
Reason I don’t give them 1 star is cuz everyone else is great.. however I ordered 2 bushings only got 1 and when I asked him if there was 2 he pointed at the box saying there was only one… hello look at the receipts it shows I ordered 2.. he ordered me another on and when I asked what time it will be in he responded “late evening” ok what time is that? Anyways I was here at 5pm..
Jacob was so helpful when I came in last night & needed oil for my car! He and the young women that work there seem to know there stuff! They gave awesome customer service! Thanks again Jacob, well done! I left feeling confident my car was good to go!
My car literally died in their parking lot! Very nice & helpful, let us use tools we needed to swap out the battery.
This place is just like home. You walk in and you’re already comfortable. Both employees there on 09/26/22 really showed me all their work efforts. I loved how patient they were. Store is clean, fresh, and fully stocked. Great customer service and great smart employees! I am coming back ok!

Severely understaffed. The only employee working couldnt answer the phone and provide an answer in 4 phone calls and 30 minutes on hold. While on hold I drove to the store and waited in line for 20 minutes while he called other stores for stock checks for a line of customers.
Havent been inside but looks like everyone is being safe and wearing a mask so I give it a S for safety

Great experience, Ray checked my battery and alternator. Luckily they were okay. I purchased a battery terminal brush, cleaned the connection and topped off the washer fluid.
Took two rotors and a flywheel in to get resurfaced. Despite using the same exact machine and process to resurface rotors, the staff refused to re-machine my flywheel (keep in mind they offer the service on their website). Anyways, they told me it was going to take an hour to resurface two rotors which immediately set off red flags because the store was completely empty and the job would maybe take 20 minutes tops at any other machine shop with a lathe. Im a pretty patient guy but in the end, I waited almost 3 hours for a simple job that wouldve been done at NAPA or an independent shop in a quarter of the time. Not cool.
The guy that helped me was nice, knowledgeable & seemed to genuinely care about making sure I was getting the correct parts that I needed to fix my car. It was nice to be treated with respect & not feel like I was being hasseled into buying a bunch of stuff that I didnt need. I will definitely recommend shopping at this OReilly store.

This is a great store. I am always helped quickly and the employees are very knowledgeable. Danny was especially helpful in knowing the appropriate wiper blades for my old car and even installed them.
Typical OReilly location, store is clean and associates are mostly helpful. Convenient parking. This is the only auto part store in the area which is South of the freeway.

We finally have an auto parts store in Newbury Park. Friendly manager Chris. If they dont stock it, they can have it for you the next day.
I needed to get a few items, found what I was looking for with no issues. This place is very convenient for the Newbury Park area.
Nice new clean store. Weird double door cubicle getting in and out. Lose that feature for sure.

I had a great experience here today with an employee named Melissa. I had two burnt out lights all on the same side and first we thought that we had a bad fuse. Turns out we had to replace both the bulbs and that they burned out at the same time. She helped me remove the light fixture thing and replace the bulbs with me. I m not great with cars and she was very patient and kind. Melissa is amazing!

Very helpful staff that quickly got me what I needed at a reasonable price. I could have saved $2 going to walmart but that didnt seem worth having to deal with the typical Walmart experience.
Really bad experience i don t like to go there because is always the same problem with this guy called brian this guy has not idea about his job he don t know anything about cars he always make me waste my time he never find parts he s always so nervous
Knowledgable sales person. Walked me thru the options for replacing my car battery. He took the time to explain that my battery had a ventilation hole on each side of the battery and made sure to point out that there was a plastic part of the battery node cover that was to be removed and placed in the unused ventilation port. Great service! Thank you!

Amazing Roger was so helpful you cant believe . The first guy that helped didnt tell us we needed to change the houses to a different size with the new part as notated in the computer . Roger gave us the info we needed to get it fixed and back on the road and saved us a ton of money. You ever go into orielys off wendy in t.o. ask for Roger !!! Thank you again sir !!!
