I try to support local business but these corporate guys are clean business. Myles helped me find the right bulbs and helped install. The dealership would have charged me 80+. I needed to buy locking lug nuts and the dealership wanted to charge me $70 so I came to AutoZone and the total was $16 for the same item.

I went to this autozone 30 minutes before close, but Jorge still came out and helped with the battery. He was super kind and helpful.

My experience in Autozone Auto Parts in Thousand Oaks, CA was truly excellent! I went in there to buy a Tire Inflator, but as I am 86 years old, (I have lived for 52 years in the USA). I had no idea how to use the Tire Inflator. So I asked Edson, the Store Manager if he could help. Edson is truly the finest Store Manager in any store anywhere in the USA!! Not only did he come outside to my Car, but he tested my tires--from suggesting that I start the car so as not to drain the battery, to inserting the plug into the cigarette lighter opening, to setting the desired pressure on the Inflator, and then reaching the desired pressure on the tire, when the Inflator shut itself off. How many Store Managers would show so much concern for the customer? He is truly the best. I wish him well. Good service and friendliness from the seller Frank Pao is very kind and helps with what you are looking for the only bad thing is the manager who tells the workers that they dont have to help the customer sometimes with changing something that they always announce on TV

Jonas K was so very helpful. I had to get a new set of windshield wipers. I had no luck or help at other shops. Jonas was instantly on his phone doing research and got the right wipers right away. He had only been on the job 3 weeks, but his customer service was through the roof.

Always super helpful and a very clean store. I had a small crack in my windshield and they not only showed me how to fix it with resin, but what to do if it gets worse. Everyone there was pretty chill too.

I mean... they have parts... for autos... Prices are reasonable as far as I can tell. Staff has always been quick to offer assistance and happy to help. I go there for everything. Also, online ordering was great. I bought a bunch of stuff, had it shipped for free, ended up using none of it, and returned it to this store for a full refund!

For this and that Ill go to AutoZone there okay anybody whos looking for a battery for the vehicle please pay attention here I have something thats phenomenal Pick Your Part auto dismantling yards Sun Valley Monrovia Wilmington Anaheim Stanton Riverside Fontana Bakersfield theyre everywhere they have a sale right now well its its a special I guess lifetime warranty battery they have so many different batteries of every model car you could imagine in their Good batteries theyre used but theyre 72 dollars out the door and they have a lifetime warranty as long as you keep the receipt if the battery goes bad you take it in and theyll hand you another you pick them off the rack which battery you want and if you know how to check the date codes look for the newest batteries possible because Automotive lead acid batteries have about a 3-year lifetime after 3 years its a matter of time till they fail but like I said save the receipt and for the life of your car of life that youre alive you can get a replacement battery its interchangeable you can change the battery between cars seriously its the best thing going

From being very helpful in the store to actually replacing my trucks batteries (it has 2), theyve always gone that extra mile. Ive sent my sons in to get their batteries tested as well as the guys that drive my trucks around, and have been pleased with their service again and again.

Terrible service, they should have more bilingual employees. When I went, the supposed manager Hadley was there and she treated me reluctantly because she was the only one who spoke Spanish. They have an attitude as if they were going to ask for things for free and thats not the case.

I just wanted to say what awesome service Justice provided. I purchased replacement windshield wipers. The sales person (sorry i did not get his name-he was very nice and helpful as well) apologized that I would have to wait until the other staff member came back from lunch as he was alone. Justice must have been leaving after finishing his shift I am not sure - but he over heard and offered to install them for me so I didnt have to wait. The topper is that it was raining. The wipers were a bit stuck and I apologized that I asked him to do this in the rain and he said no worries its my job. Thank you so much Justice for your great customer service.

This location has wonderful employees who are always ready to help out. I have had Mike help me out the last few times I have taken my car in to get replacements for battery and lights. He jumped to it and went above and beyond. If you need anything I highly recommend this location!

Terrible service like always I tried to open an comercial account 2 times and the managers are so irresponsible they never summit my applications and they never call me to tell me what happened this is ridiculous the kind of service this people provide plus ( this store never put a sign out side to let customers know they are full on recicle oil (like all others stores ) that s the kind of responsibility everyone in this store do (nothing))

The clerk was very helpful, he went above and beyond helping me with putting on my new windshield wipers and even took the time to check to see why my back windshield wiper wasnt dispensing fluid.

This auto parts store, on Los Angeles St, has easy access, plenty of parking. I found the staff quite helpful. The store had the item I was looking for and the price was reasonable. Ill visit again...

Went in this morning to get a battery check on the 2013 Prius...hey, I like good gas mileage! I was third in line for help. The customer at the counter needed help and had questions...I am retired and in no hurry, so, no big deal. The second in line seemed a little edgy, but maybe he wasnt retired and in no hurry! My turn, I was helped with good energy and attitude. We got the battery tested, needed replacing, and quickly, he pulled the battery from the shelf...not, he told me where to find it, he went and got it! I was/am capable, but he wanted to provide good service. He answered a few questions for me on some other parts I wanted to get...but apparently the person behind me now was definitely not retired and he WAS seemingly in a hurry...however, not in a disrespectful/selfish way, I asked my two questions. The total time at the register was less than three minutes. The young man was VERY helpful...even if it was lunch time for him, yet he took care of me with great calm and care. I truly appreciate places like this. I realize not everyone leaves good feedback, but man we are quick to leave negative...this time, on my visit, under these conditions, everything went perfectly well.

I came here on Sep 10th, bought a pair of brake pads. But the sales person gave me a wrong pair and afterwords I tried to replace mine but they didn t fit. Too busy to change or anything. So I just let it alone. Two days ago I had an accident when I couldn t stop the car because the pads wore off.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the workers at this store. I came in on Thursday on my LA to Santa Barbara drive after my windshield wipers disintegrated in the rain. I was shown the correct wiper blades, paid and was on my way out the store in seconds. Also, without provocation they offered to install them in the rain. A detour that I thought would take at the least 30 minutes took like 7? Super freaking awesome thanks so much guys.

Came in as I was having battery trouble. Ethan was just the help I needed. He checked everything thouroughly to make sure that the right problem was being solved. He explained all the options and was quick in installing the new battery. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes while never feeling rushed. Ethan was awesome and made the process super easy! A recent trip to Auto Zone Thousand Oaks was worth noting. The battery for my car was possible bad. 1. they tested it for me and advised it was bad. 2. they located another one and exchanged it under warranty. 3. the store manager was both knowledgeable and really wanted to help. Thank You-Auto Zone!

I brought my Lexus in for a battery check. Dominic H. helped me us. Great guy. Awesome customer service. He took time explaining each step he was doing. My 4 year old battery needed to be replaced and he did that too for free. He was quick and careful and knows what he s doing. He did such a great job we tried to give him a tip but he said they re not allowed to accept tips. I promised i will just write a review of my experience. Thanks Dominic. Mario hooked it up for me!! I always stop into this autozone because they re super close and convenient. With Mario as the store manager they also stay knowledgeable and caring. Coming from a guy who doesn t know a lot about cars. Car troubles are a nightmare, but Mario makes sure you don t overpay and get everything taken care of to the best of his ability. 10/5 stars.

This is one of the most helpful stores I have ever been to. I walked in and was helped almost immediately - the employee greeted me right away and let me know they would be with me in just a few minutes. I had an error code on my car, and luckily after running the check the code was just a simple emissions issue - because the gas cap was lose. The employee then came out to take a look and we realize the cap is not clicking into place properly so he helped me locate the proper cap and unfortunately they did not have it in stock. However he did look up other auto zones and we found one not too far away! I would definitely come back here for any car issues!

Had everything thing I needed without any hassles

My brother and I went in to get a battery tested to see if it was bad. We were assisted by Dominic Houston, a very knowledgeable and talented employee. He tested the battery and found it to be bad and recommended a brand that he felt had the best value and warranty for its price. I agreed with his opinion and he even made a great suggestion to purchase protective equipment for it at an extremely low price. Something I didnt know existed but for 4 bucks how can I say no to something that will help me later. Dominic was not only extremely kind and friendly, but made me feel really good about my decision to walk into that store, having no knowledge of vehicles other than basic things and how to drive them. I left feeling like I was genuinely looked after and not taken advantage of at all, a way Ive felt when leaving a few other auto parts stores. I made a purchase of a new vehicle that will need some parts and because of Dominic I know exactly WHERE and WHO Ill be getting these parts from. Could not have had a better employee help me.

Horrible store every time I call no one seems to help and they ask me to slow down. What kind of thing is tha . I need parts and I need someone that knows their knowledge. And the managers there because everyone is manager apparently like everyone and alot of them are kids that do not know anything but its ok this is why Ill never go in there again

I am a workaholic physician and do not enjoy car maintenance projects, no matter how trivial! I am very grateful to AutoZone Thousand Oaks for recently helping me. The manager himself replaced a deteriorated window wiper blade on my F-150 truck. I know this was a simple task, but I would have struggled with it and possibly broken something if I had attempted. I would love to share the excellent customer service I received at that Dominic and Barry provided. This has been my first time here since the pandemic and they had everything safe for the customers. Dominic assisted me with the battery for a car I just bought. He took his time to explain the batteries they offered, the warranty that was included, and assisted with the installation. Dominic was very friendly, as he walked me through the process of his install. What was even more nice he ask if I had any other questions or concerns. I was just thankful for his help on this cold night. The workers here at this Auto Zone is the reason why I come here. No matter who you talk to they are always friendly and helpful with a smile on their face and willing to help any way they can.

My son was in there today replacing a car battery that was defective. The first gentleman was not willing to assist him because of business policy prevented him from doing so since it was under warranty so he send him on his way only providing two wrenches. That s when Dominic stepped in and offered to give him some pointers and actually helped him take off the whole battery and replace it with a new one. Being a loyal autozone customer this is the type of professionalism I was expecting from auto zone. And I want to publicly thank Dominic for his great help! As a mother we always want our kids to be safe when we are not around and this gentlemen was an absolute angel! Thank you!!!

Go here to get the part they said they had and then don t have. Huge waste of my time and gas money. They sent me to Newbury and they didn t have the part. Extremely frustrating and annoying. And the worst part is that they have done is multiple time to me. People are nice they just need to communicate more and get people what they asked for.

Trying to buy something and get out of there nearly impossible. Go only if you have hour or so to waste. They had one person doing checkout and parts lookup. Waited in line 20 mins still had 3 ppl in front of me. Waived the white flag and left.

Didnt have what they said they did online. People were helpful overall.

As a girl, I felt judged coming in and knowing what I needed when I asked where to find a certain product. That employee had me go to check what product my car needed with another employee but I had to wait 15 minutes just for the guy to try to upsell me on something I didnt need. In the end, I bought the thing I thought I needed in the first place and it worked like a charm.

Mario was great! We went in for windshield wipers and couldn t get ours off. The first thing he did was come out to the car get our wipers off for us then sold us what we needed - without the big upsell installed them our our car, and we were in and out within five minutes. Doesn t get better than that!

It was really quick and easy to get what we needed. The staff was friendly. Plus the guy with the cool, big hair took the time to give us some really good tips even though he was off the clock.
