2019 Ford Edge hobbled. Car runs very well now. Outstanding experience! Cesar diagnosed problem, told me the trouble and cost to repair. When I picked up car, problem was as quoted and so was the price. I’m a part time auto and aircraft mechanic and full time skeptic. And I managed a irrigation store, I make a science out of customer service, and so does Cesar. Cesar voluntarily told me that there were NO metal shavings in the trans fluid, indicating no further internal damage and thoroughness of diagnosis, and confidence and integrity of the shop.
