Max and Alex are just awesome people, honest, knowledgeable, responsive, to the point. Had expensive quote from 2 other places, fortunately found these people on google map search and got correct recommendations for free, my car was just okay with small expenses needed (had warranty from the place I had got expensive quote 🤨) Both Alex and Max helped me checking and debugging vehicle couple of times and recommended that small service, vehicle is flying now 🫡
My Mercedes failed smog check due to some OBD code. I searched internet to find out what is the actual issue, but it was not easy to find in this case. I texted Max with OBD code and some of the information on the car. He came back and let me know it is TCU issue. I brought in the car and had it fixed. Both Max and Alex were very courteous and explained the issue well. I highly recommend them.
Max and Alex are great! My Mercedes had an error code for the transmission, and I couldn't pass the smog check. I called these guys, and they helped me diagnose the problem by phone, and then we scheduled an appointment. They already have a part in stock for my transmission, and all repair took a few hours. Great job, Alex and Max! Highly recommended!
