On Sunday, June 11, 2023, we were defrauded of an extra $25 because they first asked us which wheel was short of air (later we found out that this was actually a trap problem), we said it might be the left front wheel, and they immediately removed it. The left front wheel was found to be fine, so I charged $25. After checking the air pressure gauge, it was found that there was a nail in the left rear wheel. It cost $35 to repair the tire. A total of $60 was spent, of which $25 was defrauded, because if you check the tire pressure first, you will immediately find out which one is deficient. There is no need to ask us. That question is a trap. If Americas Tire hadnt been open on Sundays, we would have been able to get the tire repaired for free. I was anxious and inexperienced that day. A dishonest business will not last long.

Polite but tires are way expensive than elsewhere

Awesome service, fast and affordable

This review is long overdue. Ace Tire Shop is excellent! After a nail punctured my tire, the Toyota dealer told me it could be repaired, but both American Tires and Wheel Works said I needed a replacement. Long story short, I found Ace Tire Shop on Google Maps, and Im so glad I did!

Had a screw in a tire on my Tesla Model Y. Took it to Pep Boys first, waited two hours, and was then told the tire was a run flat (it s not), they couldn t repair it, and I would need to buy a new tire. Went a mile down the road to Ace Tire and Wheel. They confirmed it was not a run flat and fixed it within 10 minutes. Highly recommended over the big box tire shops.

Great shop. Took in my 1985 MR2 in after Id done some suspension work, and they took the time and effort to work with me to make sure it was dialed in, even though the suspension is more adjustable (and uses a different adjustment method) than most cars. The last shop I took it to didnt even bother to try and adjust camber and caster. Thanks Sam & team!

I had a nail in my tire and a fast leak (sad trombone). I dropped in as a walk-in and they were able to repair the tire in 15 min at a super reasonable price. Id recommend this place - great experience!

Drove in and parked without an appointment. Two men came our to meet me and asked what I would like. I replied fix to flat tires and a tire rotation. They immediately took the car and was finished within thirty minutes. Very polite, professional and reasonably priced. Excellent service.

I have been using another local shop and a location of one of the big tire chains, but never felt I got a decent quality of work. One of them damaged the rims during tire installation, the other never managed to properly balance the wheels so I ended up having to get used to vibrating steering wheel. Always took at least half a day to get the job done, no matter how simple. I wish I started using Ace earlier. They did two services for me recently- wheel balancing and rim replacement. They are not too crowded so they were able to accommodate me on a short notice. Staff are very courteous and they seem to be very skilled. Performed excellent work in both cases and got my car riding steadily without any vibrations. Highly recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could. From the parking lot I received a warm welcome and the guy quickly took my keys and left with the car. In 10 minutes my tire problem was fixed. I recommend Ace Tire and please don t go to wheel works.

Even though that day was almost 100° still a breath of fresh air at ace tire showed up no appointment no line and there was cars already being worked on yet with a well stocked staff quickly my tires were mounted and ready within 15 min ... sure beats going to American tires first make your appointment then set up a ride home because its gonna be a whole day process good luck

I had what I thought was a tire puncture and brought it into the shop. Within 10min the tire had been inspected, patched up and I had paid $35 for the service. Made my day.

Used their services multiple times over the years, on a couple of cars. The service has always been courteous, prompt, and not trying to sell me extras. In one case they patched up the tire. Another time when I knew my tread was worn out, I had TireRack ship them all 4 tires. They were very thorough to call me as soon as the tires arrived. The replacement took less than an hour for all 4 wheels even though I showed up unannounced the next day.

Family owned and ran. If you need a quick tire swap, patch or light maintenance done they usually have an open bay and time.

They were very rude. Went in on a slow Sunday at 3:00pm. Online it says they close at 4:00pm. Dropped off my car and they asked me to be back in 20 minutes. It took me 25 minutes because of the long lights and they were very rude and had the audacity to scold me. I even had a timer to make sure i got back in 20 minutes so I know it wasn t the 35 minutes they claimed. I won t be coming back ever.

I took my car to this shop to repair my punctured tire. They take my car in their repair shop and tell me that my tire has two nails in it, which will cost $70 to get it fixed ($35 for each nail). I realized that this repair is almost as much as the price of a brand new tire so I decided not to move forward with the repair. I said thank you, they bring my car out and charge me $10 for inspection, which is not fair because I was not told about the inspection fee before hand at all. I took my car to Costco Tire Center and they fixed the same tire that had two nails in it for $11. So basically I paid $11 for inspection, repair and everything else at Costco Tire. It is worth mentioning that Costco Tire crew, before touching my car, told me about all of the charges up front.

Installed TPMS for one tire for 35. Works as expected. They are nice.

Overall, I am happy with the service I received.

I took my car to change tires and replace a TPM sensor. The price of changing tires was on the higher side, but that was not the problem. They changed the TPM sensor and charged me $110 to put the OEM one, while I knew American Tire charges $60 per sensor. I paid the higher price for better quality. Two weeks later the TPMS stopped working. Took the car there. They told me that they cannot do anything about it and suggested to take the car to the dealership to have the battery of the other TPM sensors checked. This is while they were able to check right there and found that it was the same TPMS that was not emitting any signal. It was indeed the same one, but they refused to take responsibility for their work.

Brought a set of 16 & 17 wheels to have old tires removed and new tires installed & balanced. They got the job done in the time they estimated and it came out to $30/wheel.

They charge $25 to plugg a tire, I had 2 nails on one tire and they charged me $50, oviously I needed the car and was already there but Its not like I took 2 cars, the labour is the same.and a plugg costs a penny. Abusive, advantageous undesirable people. Not coming back and will inform anyone I know.

Stopped by to check the price. Got not very nice person giving me $20 more than on the most popular website price. Plus installation is more than $100. They do rotation without the rebalancing. Which they should as tire warns out unequally and needs balance check. Or because you did a lousy job while installing. To me those people looked very unprofessional. Happily charging clients without qualified and knowledgeable services. Never go there.

Fast inexpensive no fuss no muss.

A nightmare of service! They put tires that dont fit the weight of my vehicle. The price of the tires was twice the price you could find them on Walmart. And the worst part, when they returned the original tires, they disconnected a sensor of one of the wheels. This is worst service I have ever encountered. Beware!

Quick and at the right price point

Tried to rip me off today. Went to get my tires checked, was told that the censor was broken and the valve would cost $130.00. I took it to their neighbors, Wheels Works and they fixed it for $10.00. I could not believe how you guys tried to rip me off because I was a female.

I had my tire replaced here a few weeks ago. They were fast and least expensive. After a week or two I got a flat in the replaced tire. I brought it back thinking the tire was maybe not sealed correctly. I brought it back in, turns out there was a nail in the new tire. They oateched and sent me on my way FOR FREE! Love these guys

I had a flat tire, which I didn t know if a patch would suffice or if I needed a replacement. The staff checked it out, determined it only needed a patch, and I was good to go fairly quickly. The pricing was reasonable, too. I d recommend checking it out if in need.

Super efficient service and seems pretty reasonably priced. I went there for a tire rotation - they discovered a nail deeply embedded in one of my tires. They took care of it and charged me $30 for the fix and $35 for the rotation, and I was out of there in fifteen minutes.

Alignment

First time customer and wow what an amazing experience. I ordered a 24 inch rim to be replace on the front right side. Came in the next week and before mounting the new rim on the tire. Sam mentioned the corners werent fully painted gloss black. I honestly woudnt have noticed until he told me. He said if i wanted hed send it back and order a new one. Plus it was already past 40 min since they were suppose to close shop. Places like these with honest hard working people are hard to find nowadays. Strongly recommend !!!

We never get attentiion

I was in a frustrating situation when a friend recommended this place. A tire of my car got burst and I couldnt find a new one in the bay (it was a very specific runflat tire). People told me they could order a new tire but it could take couple weeks. I have only one car, and its impossible to live in the Bay Area without one (BMWs dont come with spare tires anymore). Kashif loaned me a temporary tire while we waited to get a new one. It saved me a lot of trouble and pain. Not to mention, their prices are the best and theyre super fast. Cant be thankful enough.

Woke up to a flat tire, called AAA to put spare tires on and brought the car immediately here. I dont know what happened but I was good to go after 5 minutes and $35.

This is an excellent place to have any work done involving your car tires. They diagnosed the problem with 2 of my tire pressure sensors needing to be replaced and completely finished the job in 30 minutes with no waiting. The low pressure warning light in my dashboard cleared up immediately.
