Flores Auto Transmission Repair in Sunnyvale

I had a question about a specific service when I called. They were very helpful over the phone and gave good, honest advice.

~2 year update - still going strong! -------------------------------------------------------- The transmission on our Toyota Siena van with 145k miles went out on New Years Eve. Brought it to Walter at Flores transmission. He diagnosed and said it’d be best to get a remanufactured one. Given the costs of cars today we figured it was best to fix. A few days later he had it up and running. We did have a hiccup after the initial pick up but Walter took care of the issue quickly. We’re 200 miles in and seems to be running super smooth.

I took my car to Flores when I was sure that my transmission had failed (terrible clattering noise from underneath). Jose told me that repairing/rebuilding the trans would cost $2,000-2,300. I left the car with him and later he called me and told me that the trans was fine but the car needed an axle replaced and the cost was just $300. I was delighted. These are very honest and competent technicians. They will have my business for the future.

A wonderful family business that solved the brake problem with my truck. I have all my service records for my truck so Walter and I went for a test drive and then he reviewed what had already been done to the brakes and he only replaced what was needed. There was no upselling or pushing to fix anything else. It was OEM parts and the price was fair too. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to my family and friends.
