Was having problems with starting my car as not driving much I kept having to charge batterey. They checked batterey,alternator, generator and everything fine it just needed a good longer charge. Saved me from buying a new battery and when I need one I will come back here to buy it. Very nice,fast, and honest.

Very bad customer service

Local auto supply store. They have a reasonably well-stocked store, though supplies of popular products dwindle at times. Store employees are helpful answer general questions, with some in depth knowledge that can be helpful in getting what you need. A bonus is that they also collect used motor oil for recycling. Verizon cell coverage barely works in here; best to have you info ready before entering the store.

This is a good place to quote or buy spare parts, the guys serve you very well and in Spanish

A little expensive

The warranty of the consultants is not respected, I had to change a pir battery that discharged and they told me that no, they have to charge it, it no longer holds the charge, but it cant be done in any way, terrible service.

5 stars much deserved. The guy helped me with my battery terminal. Cleaned it off for me cause it had corrosion all over it. I didnt even buy anything. When I need parts this will be my go to store for real.... Great customer service!!!!

Few days later Management fixed the broken headlight at another location in Mountain View and for that it is only fair to add more stars to recognize their great customer service. I took my Honda CRV 2016 to this location at around 3:30 pm to find out if they could replace the front bulbs and the guy that was asked to come out to check my car was not able to remove both bulbs after few minutes of trying; instead without even asking me he suddenly used his knife to remove the socket and he completely broke something I could see and hear it(on the passenger side) and when I finally questioned him on his experience he totally blamed my car and refused to accept any responsibility. I had to return home before dark but no matter what this additional damage is not my fault and someone above him should know what took place today; I usually do not write reviews like that but I could not easily pass from this one.

Shout out to Danny for helping the inept (husband and I) to change our windshield wiper that broke off in heavy rain! He went outside to clip it on for us in the rain after we struggled and failed. Thank you Danny for your kindness!

Rich helped me with correct wipers and also with installation!

Went in to return three items that was over $250 dollars. Apparently they told me they didnt have the money in there drawer to return the items. So I asked if they could refund me at least one item. The manager of the store was standing not to far away so I asked him why I couldnt get all items refunded he told the employee who was helping me that he would take care of me and gladly refunded all items. I was impressed by his swift initiative to provide amazing customer care and to make sure that I left there satisfied. So FYI if the employee says they cant refund you back your items ask to speak to the manager of the store.

Terrible service! First, they don t do battery replacement even though it says it online. I had a simple battery to replace and they said they can give me tools to do it myself. I said okay I ll do it myself and then the technician that s helping keeps giving me the wrong tools and eventually he says we don t have the 10mm which is the standard socket for most batteries. What kind of auto shop doesn t have a 10mm socket for tools that they lend to customers? Don t waste your time here!

Pathetic joke. They sell low quality parts. They have few good services such as tool rentals, and are an OK place to purchase fluids and some supplies. I needed to recycle used oil, which is a good service they provide. I called several times during a course of two weeks and they informed me their tank was full. I finally called and after they put me on hold to check if the tank was full they came back on the line and said it is ok to come. So I came there within 15 minutes of the call, and they are now telling me the tank is full. The same employee who I spoke to on the phone was telling me the tank is full. When I asked them why would they say it is not full on the phone and allowed me to head over they all had a look on their face as if they just got a stroke in their brain. This place had a recent change in management and has gone downhill ever since. Waste of time, and it appears employees are lacking normal thought process. Again, pathetic joke!!!

I inquired about an issue on steering wheel and the staff (Mr.John of Sunnyvale branch) was so nice to help me as to which product, the options, and even assisted in filling container in the car, with the product I purchased. The staff treat you like an insect, the worst service in the world.

For a relatively small place they have a fairly good inventory. If you dont see what you need on the shelf make sure to check with the counter - twice I have got my oil filter behind the counter.

(12/28/22 @ 7:25pm) I went in tonight asking about rubbing compound for some paint that had rubbed off onto my car. The man at the counter was very nice and told me that he could probably get it off with some product that he had behind the counter. He came out to my car and got everything off of two different spots on my car. I will always come to this store for my auto parts needs because of the kindness of this man. I wish I had gotten his name. Hopefully management can deduce who was working at this time and give him an attaboy. I really appreciated his help & kindness!

Staff lied to me about services. Claimed they do not provide any installation for vehicle headlights. He never looked up my car - just turned me away while I was the last customer there. Mind you there are 3 other employees present. His name is Miguel in case anyone can do anything about the service I ve experienced. Apparently O Reilly s has changed in this neighborhood. Miguel said they send everyone to Midas so don t bother coming here if you need help - might as well try auto zone.

One of the worst shopping experiences . First of all the lady attending me was rude, not because she was mad at me but she was mad with bad manners because the store manager was nagging about her attitude and the other colleagues attitude I felt embarrassed to hear their problems being discussed in front of the clients the buying experience was sad, the store is a mess, product disordered, and the ugly fence they built to make the customers respect social distance when paying terrible .better go to autozone.

Im very disappointed when we arrive here the guy in the desk said really loud: Oh my god another clients, I want to go and the people didnt let arrive to the store!. After us he said the same phrase with each client when they enter to the store. Really? I can hear you!... What unrespectful was that and I dont want to say more words, that describe all my bad experience. After that, I told to my husband: Plaease lets go to another store!

Its a well stocked OReillys. I was able to get a part there that the other OReillys did not have. They were a little short staffed. I had a bit of a wait to get to the register but the lady behind the counter made up for it, she was really nice and talkative. So, its just your average ORileys experience.

Finally got their stock in!!

The only national brand that lets you use code clearing tools free of charge. I drove from Austin to Cupertino in a wounded car and limped from store to store to fix this issue or that. Napa invariably was the worst, least stocked, overpriced, least well supported, and generally skeevy places across the country. OReillys time and again went above and beyond, and while just as often as Napa wouldnt have a part, the staff would think outside the box calling professional contacts outside the store to help with an oddball issue that cropped up, lending PERSONAL tools, and generally being good people. 5* for an auto parts store (especially as this is an amalgamated review of about 5 stores) is basically them beaming the parts I buy directly into their intended place, and there were a few disaffected employees along the way, so a very strong 4* is what they have earned.

The selection of tools was small here at this store. Im 70 years old did not have any Tools to replace the battery had to buy a wrench there and they did not have a single crescent wrench and did not get any help removing my battery other OReilly Auto Parts remove my battery put in a new battery clean the terminals and help me this place does not I will not go back to this place

Asking a employee of for something I know they stock in the stockroom. He was on his personal phone doing something. I was the only customer in the store, other employee (female) was helping someone on the phone. I stood in front on the male employee on his personal phone, with no response:( I said hello, do you have any sheets of gasket making material? He look up like I was disturbing him ! He said no! I know you guys have something, so I looked on the shelf and found nothing! On my way out the door, the lady helping someone on the phone was finished. She ask if I was looking for something? I said yes, gasket making material. She said yes, went to the stock room. Out she came with what I needed. When she was ringing me up, the phone rang and rang! The Lazy guy just got up and walked away!!! The lady excuse herself and answered the phone, telling the person on the phone she would help them when she was done help a customer on the phone!!!! I thank her for the help!!! As I was leaving, she help the customer on hold. I passed the Lazy (male) employee standing there doing nothing! I feel sorry for the other (female) employee! She is doing the job of two employees. The guy is just a waste of space!!! Napa Auto Parts from now on,!!!!!!

The stock of the tools were really limited in this small store. But what was really disappointing was the impatience of a certain employee If I had all the knowledge of what I was looking for, I d just buy online instead of asking for advice and bearing your temper.

On the phone for 30 minutes at 8pm on a Thursday.. I go there, only one customer in line, didn t seem busy but only one worker was actually working! The rest of the staff were cleaning in the back, at one point the girl asked am I the only one working jokingly but usually upset because she was taking all the calls and ringing everyone out.

Do not go this store!!! Lady did not want search for part and says that do not have it until I went to the other store printed inventory check and come over again. After that they found parts. Also two Mexican guys was washing their cars front of the store with using company water and I had to wait at the cashier until they finish. When I was calling them they said there is another guy who can help me but he was busy with customer over the phone.

OReilly Auto Parts is high priced. I recommend comparing their prices to Amazon and Wal-Mart before making a purchase there. The employees were helpful.

Mostly are positive, today i lost my mask, i just opened the door & ask the seller if possible give me my ordered parts and charge my card. There was no any customer in, i was the only customer. The manager Jassy very unpolite told go buy mask & back!! He could help so easy as customer service. After i got mask from some person, the manager told me i will not give to you , go get from other store!!! After some arguments his employee gave me. My leg was full of pain & he ordered more job to me. No compassion at all.

I asked one of the employee about a certain product but its wasnt correct aisle.

I just came in to get a new bulb for the headlight on my car and the person behind the desk came out to my car, pulled out the old bulb, showed me where the new bulbs were and then after ringing up my purchase, he came out and installed the new bulb for me. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I wasnt expecting such amazing and quick service but was super grateful. The employee who helped me really went out of his way and didnt have to. Typically places like this dont give such hands on service but I dont know a lot about cars and was super thankful.
