Transaction Transmission in Sun Valley

Hands down , the best transmission shop in the valley. Knowledgeable doesn't begin to describe Brad and his team. Never going anywhere else.

Took my vehicle in for a seal leak in my drive shaft. I paid over 300 bucks. Still have the same leak. This guy gave the run around for months about how he doesn't have time to fix it properly. This guy doesn't honor his work or guarantee. Will never do business here again

Looking for parts that he said he had over the phone when i got there he said his other worker knows where it is so i left my number he said he would call me back. No call back so i called him back and said he was too busy to look fot parts. Found them online....no business with transaction. You habe no tome for me i go spend my money elsewhere.

Brad fit me in was honest and fair and rebuild my very well destroyed transmission. Its not cheap but you get what you pay for and i feel like i got the best.

Brad put a 5 speed trans together for me and did a great job.he did it white.........no problems no grinds no pop outs just a nice smooth positive shifting 5 speed.thanks brad!

I took my '66 Dodge Charger w/factory 4 speed to Brad at Trans-action for repair - it was tough to shift into 2nd gear, and would not down shift easily either. I had him drive the car to be sure he understood the problem. He supposedly fixed it by replacing the 2nd gear synchro and told me my flywheel needed surfacing while the trans was out. Almost $1100 later, my trans was no better than when I brought it in. When I complained I was told he would only change the trans oil, but that's all. A few months later, I had the engine and trans completely overhauled. The new trans shop that did the work found 2nd gear itself needed to be replaced, 1-2 slider, 1-2 fork, and the 3-4 hub all needed to be replaced. On top of which there was no pilot bearing in the car! They said whoever worked on it last neglected to put it in when they installed the trans. To top it all off, the new shop charged about HALF what Trans-action did, and did the job correctly! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT TRANS-ACTION!
