Mister. Tune update in Sun Valley

let me start by saying this place has to be the worst place to have your vehicle worked on. i bought a 4 runner for my son starting collage, was referred by a coworker he had some a work done on his car. told them about the check engine light, abs light & transmission not shifting correct. $3,500.00 later i go pick up the vehicle ask about work done and it had to be jump started. noticed the ABS module they supposedly replaced was full of grease on the back side. when asked he said he installed a rebuilt unit, OK that was the first sign i was being riped off said to my self maybe they repair it or had it rebuilt. bring it back to my place to have the dash lights replaced with new LED ones. we open up the dash panel and we find all the warning lights that i paid them to fix was just removed from the cluster!! i drove back and asked for "frank" and now i get nothing but attitude they tell me he doesn't work here. not only when i pressed for answers they told me Frank is the dad and doesn't work here full time. and they have nothing to do with what he does and cant help me in anyway. i got franks cell number and he tells me with attitude to leave it and he can check it when he has time. forget it this place is a joke and a fraud. i spent so much money i didn't have to spend. And the brakes failed and almost killed my son. They have no shame and concern for any person. stay away. BTW the changed the name same owners.

They always help you no matter what they are very professional other places they charge you just to put the scanner Frank is a person who always helping to customer I have no complaint about him their employees are very friendly and fix the problem I recommend that place

Looooove the owner! Goes above and beyond for what I need done! The service here is phenomenal! I live in Barstow & I came down here for a business trip. If I’m ever in the area again and my car needs fixing I’m coming right back to this location!

Honest auto repair establishment, been going here 10 plus years. Frank and Jr are always willing and ready to take on major repairs or maintenance items for our trucks and cars. I wish I could leave more stars. Thank you Mister Tune Up!

Called to get an estimate and the guy I spoke to claimed he had to wait for the manager to get back within 30 mins to give me an estimate. Yet when I asked if I brought my car to the shop within 5 mins he claimed only then would he be able to give me an estimate without the manager???? Very unprofessional and confused people.

Took care of my gf Honda civic they did a great job rebuilt engine block change water pump timing belt tensor rings pistons ac compressor for low cash very honest people they also gave her a year of warranty .

Always taking care of me...oil changes n tune ups....Changing my starter took about an hour or so. Frank is A+. Never had an issue the 10+ years I been going there.
