First came to down they were good, second time very bad customer service. Callee ahead about replacing fron windshield, said sure come by we should have some. Come Saturday morning they do not have any 2018 Honda Civic EX windshields, said if i put a deposit they would have kept one but did not inform me about this when I spoke to the person. He said that windshield should be coming in on Monday, asked if I put a deposit and then find another place that could repair my windshield there is no refund on the deposit. Never again will i go there and they are very rude.

Did awesome job I m back again with another vehicle same problem as last time only to say that he s almost closed my job takes about an hour todo but I told it was urgent that I needed it fix because my tools could easily get stolen. Was coming here for years until new management came. Very unorganized place. I came for a switch replacement and was told the window had no isuess that only needed a switch replacement. Not only waited 3 hours buy also after i finish paying i teated my window n it was all shaky making noice on coming down .while i was waiting why wasnt i told there was a isuess before dismissing me. This place will take adavatage n make you buy more parts. N only what but also a man that was getting his window fixed he noticed that they never put his origanal parts back was also a classic car... idk very sketchy place.

This place is good when youre in a pinch. But I wouldnt recommend it for a go-to shop. I came here in September of 2022 because the power window switch stopped working and left my window open half way. Came to this shop and was told that the master switch was not working. They told me they could replace it for $120. I paid the money and that they can have the part in 2 weeks. Its been almost 14 months and still no part. According to them, I cant get my money back because the part has been ordered. I kept getting the run around as they told me a couple of times that they had the part ready only for me to show up and find out that they had the wrong part. Happened twice. Spoke with the owner lady back in May of this year and assured me that they would get the part but still nothing. They never bothered to give me a call regarding the part I paid for. I really do hope that this issue is solved soon. If not, I will be asking for my money back. Definitely not a place I would recommend anymore.

Great place to get your rear view mirror re-glued back in its place. $20 for the service Came here a second time for my truck someone broke my drivers side mirror call them gave them the year model number the next day they had part in. Cost me $45 for the part and labor. Quick and painless.

Window regulator snapped on my way home from work so I got on Google to find a repair shop since this wasnt something I could wait on. Found this place with great reviews and called them up. The shop was closing in an hour so I asked if he could fix it right then still or if I was too late. Im really sorry I didnt catch his name, but the guy said absolutely and to bring it in. Showed up and he had the job done real quick and window works perfectly again. Will definitely come here again if I ever need to. Thanks for saving me on a random Tuesday after work. Price was great too. I needed this same repair several years back and I paid right about the same price as I did this time.

The dude running the show seemed knowledgeable. The dude who replaced my right rear window was a butcher. I examined his finished work which was sloppy and did not match the opposite door. He told me its ok but then got his tools and removed the door panel to adjust the molding. My car is a piece of junk but not junky enough to use duct tape for a window so I didnt mind. The price was 135, cash or zelle only, and it was convenient. If you have a piece of junk like me come here and amuse yourself - the shop looks like a dystopian auto glass museum. If you have a nice car stay as far away from this place as possible

I called multiple places in the San Fernando area for my Front Windshield replacement. They offered me the best price and fixed it within 1-hr. My boy Hy-mai (can t spell) good young kid who knows his stuff did a fantastic A+ Job on my car. I highly recommend you get your car windshield replacement here at the best price and best kid to do the job. Also it is very important to set an appointment same day because they have to order/deliver your glass to their shop which takes 30mins - 1hour and once it arrives they install it immediately depending on the wait.

Had a smash and grab through my passenger window. Called around and was quoted slightly shocking prices to say the least. But then I found J and N :). Super reasonable pricing, they had my window within two hours of calling, install was done in 30 minutes, and everything worked and looked great!! Cannot say enough about these guys. Hole in the wall place, but isnt that the same as a diamond in the rough?? Waiting room was clean, they offered me a soda while I waited, they had a tv goIng for entertainment, and even has a mobile phone charging station. You would be outta your mind to go anywhere else.

My husband and I received a personal phone call from Kathys daughter Janice. She assured us that she would take care of us with excellence. Regardless of what took place about a month ago, she reassured us that she will be there to see the workers re install our new windshield and that it will be secure before leaving the lot. I am glad that as we prayed and asked God to make things right, God did answer and here we are. I will give the 5 stars because Janice didnt have to do what she did, however she gave us her word. I am a stickler on people and their word, because I make sure that my word as a believer in Christ is my bond.

Broke my rear glass the other day, someone threw a glass mug at it and tore the gasket and shatter the glass. J&N AUTO GLASS hooked me up with a new window and install for less than $150, super nice staff, especially Cathy, who helped me directly. They even replaced my torn window gasket for free, and the window is original Acura stock window so it looks totally new =D. I was about to drop $200+ picking up a crappy window from the junkyard and paying for installation. Luckily I found this place. If you are on a budget, and looking for the correct hook up, check this place out. Couldnt be happier with my repair, super cheap, and its all good quality. They even cleaned my other windows just for the hell of it. They also know all the cheaper car spots for tints and other car need. Check it out, wont regret it!!!

This place is not a good place to do business for to begin with I went in there with a car window that wouldnt wouldnt go up so they took the door panel off took the motor out and said it was no good that they would have to go get a new one so the guy left he came back 2 hours later said that he couldnt get a new one until the morning so that we would have to come back so we did came back in the morning he came up with a new one put it in 2 days later it quit working and when I called the lady told me that she couldnt get a new one because she had to get a used one because the new ones were too expensive and that if I wanted to get it fixed I was going to have to pay more money and I asked her if they had charged me that the amount that they had already charged me and told me it was a new one why is a new new one more than an old new one well they didnt have an answer for that logic then they got angry with me and told me they were just going to pull out the motor and give me back the car the way I plastic over hole that was unacceptable to me and I told him so and they said they would charge me $25 to raise the window up in position Frozen I said yes they did it I left and Im never go back there again and I hope you dont either

Friendly and relatively fast service. The front desk guy offered us water and soft drinks and they had a TV in the waiting area. It took about 1.5 to 2 hours for everything. I did not have an appointment and they had to order the glass.

I brought my black 2000 GS Lexus in to replace the front windshield and back passenger regulator. Everyone was really helpful, they had it in stock and the prices are very affordable compared to other glass shops. They changed out the glass fast too! They have a waiting room for you with coffee, cookies and a tv and even a charging station for your phone while you wait!! Would definitely recommend this shop for your auto glass needs!

J&N is an amazing place for quick service on a window repair for your car. Got there 30 min before closing and they were done less than 20 minutes. Its definitely a hole in the wall place. No signage but Jaime was diligent in providing me directions and made sure I got there safely. Its hard to find service where they arent always trying to rip you off, especially when it comes to automobiles. I found this service prompt, affordable and accommodating.
