Batteries Plus in Stockton

I went here today and spoke to Javier to help me replace my battery key fob. He was very nice, very helpful and very professional! I will be going here from now on! I highly recommend this place! Keep up the goodwork amazing people!

Can’t remember who did my phone repair but thanks to this place. Didn’t know if the screen for my galaxy note 8 was still in stock and was able to get it done same day.

Highly Unprofessional!! I brought my Key their to get the battery replaced when the employee opened up the key case to check the battery she Broke the case and immediately asked how the battery went out trying to place the blame on me ( New hire only has been working a week) Instead of taking responsibility they proceeded to try and charge me for the case which I noticed after I left so I called and told them, I was being understandable on the phone because accidents happen, they told me to go back into the store and they would check it out after I said if there's nothing they can do I would just go somewhere else, when I arrived the staff hid in the back then when the manager Anthony finally came out he proceeded too immediately argue about it blaming it on me instead of taking Responsibility like a Man and a responsible Manager, then proceeded to want to charge me for the case when I was willing to pay for the battery just not the case when I brought in a Brand new key I had recently bought from another Batteries Plus location Do Not Go Here!! Since the beginning when I arrived they were trying to charge me for a new case instead of just doing the service I requested

A couple of years ago I took 10 snap-on batteries into this location to have them rebuilt. After 3 months with no contact I went in and they lost all my batteries and had no record of them. Fast forward 3 years I thought I would give them one more chance. I ordered an 8 volt battery for my business they said it would take a week to get there was a business name on the battery I called them they said the battery is in and on the charger right now. Went to the location to pick up my battery took me 15 minutes to get there. After sitting there with a blank look on their face for 10 minutes they told me that they sold my battery to somebody else. I asked them how could that happen it had a business name on it and the really couldn't answer my question. I will never ever use battery plus again. They are the worst.....

This store has the bulb we needed. The guy staff assisted me during my purchase was so alert, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product. Good customer service here.

Exceptional customer service and very ho est about their products and services. It's sad that not a lot of people go there anymore. However, I would highly recommend this place and their products and services because if their great promotions, services, in stock products and quick service. They genuinely care about you and respect any promotion s and deals online or in person unlike most others who does not care or respect their offers, deals and promotion, online or in-person. Not only that but they have many if not all products in stock and offer free and fast installation service on most products.
