On Time Transmission in South Gate

On time transmission? More like 5 months later and my car still isn’t ready. If you have a transmission problem and want it fixed “on time” don’t bother coming to this place, You will be met with a longer wait time than promised, and on top of that more issues than I initially started with. This business deserves ZERO stars, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. The staff is also a group of sassy grown men that don’t like to be questioned when inquiring about a possible end date.

My experience in this shop was like this went to get transmission reconstruction was two days late of what said...car runs fine now but when put in reverse makes a noise and jolts they said it's not the transmission and that it's another problem but they can fix for an extra charge and also when I picked up my car 3 more codes popped out of nowhere and they said they can fix that too the codes where for the oxygen sensor which has nothing to do with transmission so I take it to another mechanic and he says someone disconnected the oxygen sensor or it magically got disconnected somehow.....the on time transmission guys said the reverse noise would go away maybe after 50 miles driven but hasnt gone away it's been way more than 50 miles they want to charge me extra because supposedly has nothing to do with transmission not covered in warranty so you guys be the judge if you want to bring it to this shop......update 10/30/24 a month later the car still jolts when put in reverse took it to two mechanics there opinion was it is the transmission so I take it back to on time transmission and they insist is not the transmission and try and blame something else so i take it to dealer for a diagnostic and the dealer even said who ever rebuilt this transmission didnt do it right the timing on the gears is way altered in other words its not on time these guys of on time transmission should be called not on time transmission dont waste your time and money on them i learned the hard way

Worse experience ever... had to take my vehicle in 4 times within the 1 year warranty and it's still not working properly.

Two words.. Rip off.$4800.00 for a ford transit connect transmission? . Other places $3400.00 I found a place that will do it for $3190.00 3 year warranty 36000 miles warranty.
