What a great and knowledgeable staff. I've been searching around with a low budget, not only were they able to accommodate me with the best price anywhere, but open Saturday for will call, the very helpful with giving me hints on how to do the installation and help me with a couple other little bits I needed. I have been in the auto service business for 29 years, it is nice to see people out there that treat me the same manner I treat others courtesy and respect. The stuff is incredibly nice and polite and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Should I ever have a need to replace a broken glass again there is nowhere else I would go. My dad ordered a rear window when we received it , it was a defective window. When I messaged National Auto they replied the same day and we had a new rear window within 5 days. I used NAG through a 3rd party. Replacement window arrived shattered. Contacted NAG and they had a replacement sent that same day. 5 star customer service!

I purchased a 1/4 panel rear glass for my car here and the staff are all very friendly and professional. I called a few months later for a copy of the receipt and it's being taken care of promptly and without any issues.

Found National Auto Glass thru eBay and found out they were local. Bought an outer trim pillar molding for an Explorer at same quality and better pricing than dealer. Dealt with “K” and he was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and tell everyone about this little secret gem for auto parts relating to glass/windshield parts!
