I recently took my car in for my usual cardoc tire rotation/oil change. Jonathan went above and beyond to help me. It was the end of the day and I was facing being car less because of an issue that came up. Jonathan was able to provide a loaner for me, a life saver. Every time I walk into Ocean Honda I’m always greeted and welcomed by everyone. This past Saturday April 12,2025. I came in to help out my sister upgrade her vehicle and Cesar Hernandez was so professional and ready to answer all of our questions regarding this vehicle upgrade. He went above and beyond explaining everything and made it crystal clear and we got the best option that was to the best of my sister’s benefit. In the process of doing so Jose the general sales manager at ocean Honda greeted me and complimented my own vehicle he noticed some blemishes that stood out to him and he advised me to come back to get it taken care of. This dealership overall is very well minted and staffed with the friendliest staff I strongly recommend coming in and asking Cesar for help on your next car purchase. The day I dropped off my car to get the services done Erick my service advisor was on it and kept in touch with me about the whole process on what was being done to my vehicle.

I went to Ocean at 0640 am! I had a low tire warning light on the way down Highway 1. They don’t open till 0700. But a technician named Steve was coming in & was very kind to assist me with my car. He opened a shop door & got air in the tires. They even opened the lobby door for my sister with the temperature at 40 degrees! Wonderful experience!

Being a neighbor of Ocean Honda is a wonderful thing, Steven Zigman texted me a great message after I commented that, the use of the alarm button on the key fobs which honks the horn alert to locate vehicles at that business is very noisy and loud as I’m recovering from an illness and require lots of rest, but is a necessary thing multiple times daily to locate customers cars and I should purchase noise cancellation headphones to remedy that situation! That is a geat solution Steven! Thanks for being a wonderful neighbor!

My son and I came to this dealership to inquire about Civic Type R. We was greeted right away when we came in. We stated our purpose and asked for the sale rep who we contacted prior to come here. As soon as he introduced himself, he asked us if we wanted to go for a test drive to see if we like the car. We said yes right away!!!! We had been to several places from San Jose, Hayward, and Dublin to see if we can test drive the car, but they pressured us to agreed on the price before we can even test drive it. Obviously, we didn't. The sale rep, sale manager, and finance rep at Ocean Honda were very helpful and easy to work with. We didn't not feel any pressure through out the whole process. They tried to work with us to solve any solution or consider that we had. Thank you to Jacob, Dylan, and Kelvin for an awsome experience. I will definitely come back here and will also recommend Ocean Honda to my family members and friends. I guess we save the best for last. The only regret we have was that we should have gone to you guys earlier.
