$150 to replace a windshield in under 30 minutes. No damage to car, perfect sealing around edges of window as well as employees who smile and know what they are doing. I live in LA but needed a windshield ASAP and got it. SafeLite wanted to charge me $280 for the same job! No!

Worst experience, "Mark replaced my rear window then broke the lock to the trunk after prying it open, told me it was a sensor an to take it to Anderson auto body. They tell me the lock an motor is broken, so i call mark an he yells at me about your not getting any money out of me even tho I have a voice mail of him saying he would cover the cost, and now I am taking him to small claims court. Have proof, an he chipped my tail light an he said to just use super glue, also save your money an use someone else or you will end up with a head ache an more problems.

Mark came out to my apartment and put a while new windshield in I'd say about a half hour maybe less!! He also said he would order the other window I need replaced and put that one in also. Very professional, quick and it looks great! Thank you again Mark!! I will definitely recommend you every time!

Very Upset and deeply unsatisfied. Tech attemted a chip repair on my windshield before he left he said it would dissapear and if not call the next day after 12 noon. Called because nothing changed and there was still a largly visible chip. They said let the UV rays from the sun cure it for another day . So i waited and nothing changed so i tried to call on the 3rd day instead of an answer i received a text message saying i cant talk! So i notified them of the still highly visible chip and was told to make an insurance claim to get a new windshield. Highly unproffessional way to handle a customers issue. Especially since i am a Disabled Veteran.

Marc and his staff are the best! Windshield was fixed quickly and top grade quality. My car was returned better then I left it, going above and beyond vacuuming the front area.
