We stopped by on July 4 since the bottom cover of our car came loose as we were driving on the freeway. Socorro was very knowledgeable and kind , she helped us patch the bottom of our car. Great service and lovely people!
I had a Check Engine light go on during my drive from San Jose to Camarillo, CA. Fortunately as I got off highway 101 I was in sight of the Soledad AutoZone. Joseph Calderon, the parts sales manager, went out of his way to help a solo woman traveler get back on the road with her confidence restored. I highly recommend Joseph and his staff. Misael Zamudio helped us remove the underskirting of our front grill that was torn off by the high winds on the freeway. We were in need of help to continue our trip and he was so helpful and came out and helped remove the damaged part and secured the rest from falling off. Thank you so much for your kindness!!!
Our family was able to get a new battery and have it installed by the time we had our order from the nearby Starbucks on 6/23. We were on our way to Healdsburg from the Central Coast and started out with a fully packed 4 Runner and a dead battery! We jumped the 4 Runner and decided to stop at this location and see if we could replace the battery. We had such a fabulous experience , didn't miss a beat in our travels and are so thankful to the store manager who helped us. (Sorry - think it was the manager but not sure...)
The best service and help I have ever had from an AutoZone or similar store. I walked in at 5:30pm on a Friday after my oil light had turned on halfway through a 3 hour drive. I was helped immediately and the worker even helped me check my oil, identify a potential issue with my oil filter, filled my oil up, and taught me how to do it so I could check it again when I made it home. I am very grateful for the help and the friendly customer service.
Service is horrible. Employee couldn't change battery, so I did it for him. I had a $10 coupon and none of the employees knew how to apply it to my purchase. The manager never came out to the front desk from his office to assist. Employees need more training and supervision. 👎👎👎Hands down. 😠
