I had a problem with my car after my oil change, I called up to let them know and Jose literally drove out immediately to check my car in person and didn t stop till the issue was resolved back at the shop. I waited more than 30 min, and none of the vehicles in service moved. Very slow service if youre in a hurry. Its definitely a very special place: I went today because I needed a spark plug change, and someone said they dont work ford ranger 2001 because they need to remove parts to get the spark plugs. I went to another place, and that person changed spark plugs in 30 min for $90 without removing anything.

My check oil light wasnt reset. Wasn t given a mileage sticker. My windshield wiper fluid ran out the very first time I tried to use it.

This is a top rate Jiffy Lube and the team that worked on my car were excellent. The owner came over to make sure I was happy and even checked my tires even though he was dressed in a very nice shirt! The service manager came over after and gave me my bill and checked again to make sure I was happy. They even used my coupons to save me money!!! I don t know what they did but they did not do a good job after my oil change, they re so in a hurry to finish even if there is no one waiting and now I need to deal with this.

Jose, the manager, is courteous and personable. He is always ready to answer questions and resolve any issues or problems. He is a real professional.

It was probably my 3rd time getting an oil change here. This time I decided to take up on the offer ($40) to change my air filter I shouldn t have. Couple hours after I got home I turned my car on and had these lights on. I ve never had any light turn on my dash but I had these 2 right before the tropical storm I ran the code and got Bank 1 too lean. I was very confused especially since this happened after my visit with Jiffy Lube. I popped my hood, and my air intake hose was DISCONNECTED. It was just hanging there in the air completely unplugged. I drove probably 30 miles with that hose unplugged having no idea what was wrong, panicking trying to find a mechanic. Guys, please be careful. This wasn t cool. It s a serious hazard. I paid $220 on this visit and my check engine light is still on from this. It s very unfair to us that we trust you and you leave something so dangerous out like that. It s negligent. I take very good care of my car and I m really hoping this didn t cause any damage. I will not be returning to any Jiffy Lube anymore after this

José, I think is the manager was so clear and concise with what was wrong with my car, and even went the extra mile by ordering the parts himself that the previous location had forgotten to put back on at no charge. I got my oil changed this morning and before entering the garage the tech had me wait a few minutes. When he came to the window he addressed me by first name! I was impressed- he looked up my account through my license plate and knew i had been there before (diff location, so he didn t know me) the personal touch was appreciated. I also clipped a digital coupon (screenshot) and applied that to my service. I was in and out in about 10 min, helpful, respectful and personable. Thx jiffy!

He saved me from choosing the incorrect oil (as I thought I have been using Conventional oil...he informed me that a Synthetic is best for my vehicle. So I called my dealership that I have been taking ALL of my service and maintenance needs for the past 13 years with...and they confirmed. Ric and even Hugo were great, pleasant and made my 1st time having service done outside of my dealership. Ill be coming back thanks to these guys.

Love this Jiffy Lube! This is the second time I have gone here for an oil change and inspection after my Audis warranty ran out. They always offer a great price compared to other locations (even other Jiffy Lube locations that quote me $100 more). They also are super friendly every time I go! I went grocery shopping at Ralphs across the street while they worked and right when I got back 45 minutes later my car was done. It was a very easy experience overall!

I went in 1/27 to service my Ford Fusion (oil change). The techs didn t reset my oil change warning, and forgot to replace 2 bolts from the drag plate. The next morning my wife was driving when the plate fell off mid-route and was dragging on the street. We slowly made our way back to the Jiffy Lune location. The techs fixed the problem, but rather than try to offer a refund or incentive to return in the future, they just said ok when I told them I wouldn t be returning in the future. Bad business. Sloppy work. Lackadaisical attitudes from the head tech. Terrible experience. Who forgets to secure bolts in the undercarriage of a vehicle?

Needed an oil change and a filter. I got the oil changed, but they didnt have the filter I needed. They said they could have it in a few hours. I declined

Stopped in today to get fluids topped off. Excellent customer service at this location as always. I really value my fellow members of the community who are helpful and friendly. Its makes a difference all around in many ways.

It took a lot longer than expected and I kept getting told it was due to them trying to get the skid plate back on my truck. When they said it was ready I looked under my truck and it appears they stripped one of the nut threads so they left a bolt off. I also never received my receipt in my email as stated.

It didnt seem like they were on top of things. When I go to VALVOLINE in Burbank they check signals, tire pressure, battery, lights everything - This was a very expensive oil change and I dont feel like it was worth it

I love this Oil Change business on Ventura. They really know their job well and they are honest... i asked them to do a transmission fluid change and they said I didnt need one for 30,000 more miles. Almost destroyed my engine and are now proceeding to attempt to weasel out of anything but the most minimum compensation possible, even though there is probably over a thousand dollars more of damage that simply wont show up for a couple months. Were extremely rude every single time I contacted them by phone, and just recently, blocked my email as well. Then proceeded to attempt to rush me into signing a settlement agreement only compensating for the mechanic I had gotten, as well as a simple refund of what I payed to change my oil. I have been informed by my mechanic that there is most likely extensive damage to most of the gaskets and valves of my engine, which may not show up for a couple thousand more miles. So, yeah I guess I totally only deserve compensation for the mechanic. They are just trying to defend their terrible mechanic that literally put over 10 quarts of oil in my Ford focus instead of owning up to the fact that they probably should only hire people that know what a car is. Hopefully my car Im not even finished paying off doesnt die because of some kids negligence.

The price quote I received cuz phone was significantly lower than the price they told me when I got there. When I asked why that is - I was then given the telephone price now. I got an impression they were trying to pull a fast one on you with a price which is upsetting, wouldn t trust to come again.

We took my sons car on Sunday at 9 AM for an oil change. Jose and his staff were very professional and caring. Our car was done in 15 to 20 minutes. I asked the staff worker to show my teenager how to check the oil and he took time to explain everything to him. This location went beyond and beyond. Will definitely be returning here.

Not gonna lie this was going to be a 1 star rating but Jose the Mgr came thru. Came in for an oil change & maintenance work of changing spark plugs on my Chevy Equinox. Upon arriving David was very pleasant & I felt that I was going to get the best service possible. However, Not only did I have to wait an hour for some spark plugs to be delivered but on top of that spark plugs were defective! So right before leaving as I was warming up car, it was shaking & not feeling any where near the way I brought it in. Yet apparently there was a test drive . I brought it to Jose s attention & he checked it out for himself. Took out the new spark plugs, and unfortunately had to order some new ones again ! All in all stuck at Jiffy Lube for 3 hours which shoulda been 1.5 hour job. But again have to say Jose pulled thru, & apologized for my inconvenience. His action into fixing this situation is the reason why this 1star review became a 4 !
