i was towed in with blown tire by express tow i asked for american express said he has a guy they use. i had a spare under my f150 i gave them the tool to remove spare a few tried and said the spare can not be lowered. i was already late for work they sold me a used tire $45 it looked like a farmers old tire looked yellow after work i went to american tire they used the same tool and had no issue lowering my spare. american tire told me the yellowish tire had a date code of 12 years old. they put my spare on and ordered me a new tire
