I will never bring my car here again. They charged me $792.50 just for a diagnostic reading. I can not believe it. I am so angry. I could not get my car back until I paid in full. This is ridiculous.
i actually had a great experience up until i took the car home and realized the technician didnt put the screws back on plastic behind the bumper after replacing the headlight. So as im driving on the freeway i hear a loud scraping and feel a bad pull the pulled the car towards the guard rails. I thank god i was driving and not my wife. Come to find out that the plastics weren't fastened and my tire rubbed right through the plastic. Not knowing how bad the issue was i had to tow the car home ive called multiple times and left multiple voicemails for the service manager. Its been almost 72 hours and i haven't even received a call back yet. A technician reached out to me after multiple texts to phone number from initial drop off. They tried scheduling me weeks out for repair when i told them i wanted a rental they were available same day. I still paid out of my pocket to get it towed back to the selma dealer. Lack of leadership from management and they all cover for each other, can you believe in the 8+ calls i made there was not a manager available of any kind. Id definitely buy another Honda but never from Selma Honda not a service not a thing. I now know that if things go wrong there is no manager available to address the situation. Going on 2 months still no call back thanks google for reminding me.
We broke down on a road trip and ended up here unexpectedly. We chose to get our car repaired here because of the good reviews, and now I see why they are so highly-rated. Everyone we spoke to and dealt with went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle got repaired quickly and we were taken care of. They helped us on a Sunday, even though the service department was closed, they gave us a ride to and from the hotel with all of our stuff, they made a trip to Fresno to get the part we needed for the repair, and most importantly, they asked us to check with our normal dealer to see if the repair could be covered under warranty. It was, and it saved us a bunch of money. These guys are awesome!!
I buy prepaid 5 oil change services here, and they come around $35 per service. Without a prepaid voucher, it costs around $89. It is highly recommended to buy a voucher as most of the time available for purchase. Joshua Vang is a great service advisor and very helpful in making decisions. He is very down to earth and you could reach on the phone for placing appointments. Online appointments are very easy and free hot beverages, and water is available if you want to wait while your car is on safe hands. They have service to drop you at your home if you don't want to wait there.
