Worst service I ever had. Every time I call for an update I get attitude and when I approved the service I never got an update. Three days later and my car is in the same condition.

Just visited parts dept check on parts availability and price for my 99 Toyota Camry and price. Some parts I like using OEM parts because they are durable over time.
The lady for the service parts is unbelievable. She’s so slow I wanted to do the tunnel cover for my truck and she took for ever and wanted to over charge me. If you see the lady with a glasses in the services parts don’t go to her, I promise you will hate your life
They attempted a $1000 upsell without looking at the car, but didn’t fight me after I declined. Oil change took about 90 minutes and was $121 with tax. Free coffee was appreciated.

i asked a simple question, does my car still has Powertrain warranty ❓ he responded, wel you have to make an appointment, then we have to take a look at it bla,bla, bla............... 3 day with them. with no car for me to go work, pick up my son, etc.
Great service, fast response! They were able to hold a vehicle for us for more than a week. We were flying from another state, they offered help picking us up from the airport although it was more than an hour away. We were introduced to all of the vehicle’s features and shown things around! I enjoyed this fast and blessed evening! Thank you so much once again guys!
