Lexus Monterey Peninsula Service in Seaside

I had a great experience at the Seaside Lexus dealership. We walked up to a 2019 Subaru Outback on the lot right at opening time and were immediately greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Isaiah. While checking out the car, everything was as expected, so we went inside to talk numbers. Before the test drive, I noticed a door hanger in the window displaying the out-the-door price, which we really appreciated most dealerships won’t even show you that upfront. Typically, they want you to go into the office and run your credit before providing any pricing details. The initial price was high, but Isaiah was friendly and professional throughout the negotiation process. After a few hours of back-and-forth, we were able to agree on a fair out-the-door price. This was honestly one of the better dealership experiences I’ve had. Isaiah truly made the process enjoyable he was never condescending, unlike some salespeople I’ve dealt with in the past, and he was respectful of our counteroffers. I would 100% recommend Isaiah as a salesperson if you're purchasing at this dealership (or at Victory Toyota, as he mentioned he sells there as well). Totally worth it! Come well prepared to buy a car, and you’ll be taken care of.
