Best price i found in the whole monterey county, cheapest i found next to his quote of $210 was $310 and bigger companies like safelite was $450. He drove to my workplace to get it done and did an amazing job. I unfortunately had my windshield damaged twice but only paid $210 x2 compared to what i would've paid with the other people. People complaining about timing are crazy, when you go to the dentist or doctor do they see you at that exact time? no, because depending on the damage depends on the amount of time spent. I rather have him be late, do a good job and give me a fair price for the window. He also offered to help me repair my passenger window for free. If you don't believe me call him for a quote yourself after calling other places.

I called for an estimate for my Ford 350 truck. Eric, the owner , quoted me $275.00. I said OK. After he removed the front window he pointed out some rust spots with a few holes and said it would be an additional 300 plus dollars to drill out the rust. I thought this was awfully expensive but what could I say, the window was removed and I was stuck so I agreed. He reamed out the rust, didn't even fill in the holes with putty and put on some black hardening. I suspected price gouging and called my friend asking him to call Andy's for an estimate similar to mine just to see what the business would charge and if it was a consistent charge to all customers that include rust removal. . Eric gave him a quote for a 1990 Chevy truck of 275 dollars to replace the window and if it was rusted an additional $90.00 a far less expensive endeavor than what he said mine would be. In the end I was charged 600 some dollars. I do not recommend this business to anyone. He refused to lower my price and in my opinion took total advantage of my venerable position once the window was removed. The rust wasn't that bad and he worked on it for about 40 min max..He didn't even putty in the holes for that price. He should have given me a quote over the phone when I first called of his window removing cost price and what the removal of rust would be as he did my friend. I'll never use his service again and I won't recommend it to my friends.

I called with a broken driver window at 8am and got a call back in a couple minutes and was scheduled for the same day between 2 to 4. Turns out the wrong window was in the box. The next day was Thanksgiving but he made a special trip to come fix it first thing in the morning. Couldn't ask for better service from someone that really cares and a great price to boot! Will definitely go to them in the future if needed.

You were over 3 hours late to our appointment. I understand delays happen, but your communication was abysmal. I called three times during the 3-hour wait, and each time I was told, 'The technician is on his way,' with no clear updates or realistic timeframe. When the technician finally arrived, he replaced the windshield in about 35 minutes. The cost was $290 for a complete rear windshield replacement, with a modest $10 discount for the significant delay. While the repair quality seems fine, this experience left me disappointed. Please work on improving your communication and transparency to avoid frustrating customers in the future. Time will tell if the windshield holds up. You will not have my business in the future.

Eric and his assistant responded within 24 hours and did excellent work. Eric has done work on a few of our cars over the last five years and his work, prices and customer service have always been exceptional. He also did an excellent repair job on our convertible rear window and it has been holding up for three years. We highly recommend this company!

Had a badly cracked windshield. Called around to a couple local shops and this was not only the best price, but they were also very professional and quick to schedule me in. They were able to fit into my tiny one car garage where the car was kept and did the whole replacement without a hitch. Conversation was also good, which I always appreciate. English and Spanish speaking.
