I unfortunately had my car hit and the site allowed me to do a photo estimate and load pictures of my damage. I then met with Manuel who assisted me through the entire process. I was updated via text on a regular basis. They also made pick up of vehicle so easy. I could not have been more pleased on my repairs.

They did the job, I didn t have to deal with payment (I was crashed into, and other driver had insurance) The paint on the new bumper doesn t match the original, and it took a full month for turnaround after initially telling me it would be 2 weeks, so that s why 3 stars. (Just say it will take longer early on, that s easier to plan for)

Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance. They were so helpful in scheduling my estimate and repair, and at drop off they called rental company for my pickup for me. My service advisor was Manuel, who was SO friendly and informative. He was provided a several updates and was very detailed with his answers. The whole process took less than a week, and my car looked even better at pickup than before the minor accident.

This is an amazing company. Very professional and considerate, kept me well-informed about the status of my repair work, their repairs made my car look flawless. Worked with the insurance aspect in a seamless manner, basically I didn t have to worry about any of it. They even returned my rental car for me at the end of the whole process. Beautiful paint work, and the interior was cleaned and polished to perfection. I highly recommend them.

Staff professional and pleasant, but could not repair vehicle within time promised - still waiting after 6 weeks

Customer Service was amazing! The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful and supportive during a very stressful time.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service shop. They had my car for over 5 weeks and it was one blunder and lie after another. At one point they told me my car was ready to pick up. When I got there the car looked fine from the outside and I almost took it and left. Then I popped the hood and there was still bent frame members, bent radiator. Bent hood latch. Hood and charge door (electric car) did not open and close properly and they had glued my headlight assembly back together. Basically they replaced the plastic front end to make the car look fine but didn t repair any of the structural damage. On top of that the car had a flat tire with a fender screw sticking out of it and car was filthy dirty. I was dropped off to pick up my car and had to them call someone else to come get me. I then had to wait 2 more weeks to get the car back again. Had they done the job right the first time this all could have gone much better. The communication was horrible and out of the probably 15 times I was told I ll check and call you right back only 1 time did anyone call me back. Chris who I was dealing with wouldn t return calls and at one point I had to drive over there just to get a status update because he wouldn t take my calls or call me back. He fed me so many excuses it was laughable. One day I m told the wrong radiator came in. The next day they are installing the radiator. The third day the radiator is installed but they forgot to get antifreeze. Just need to put in antifreeze and I can lock the car up tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and I m told they still need to install the radiator but car should be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and I m told the car isn t ready and there is still significant work that needs to be done before the car is ready, which took 2 more days. Now I get that Chris is probably just having to make up excuses to cover for his obviously incapable shop but it gets old being told you car will be ready tomorrow for a week in a row. I had other things to do then sit by the phone waiting for a phone call that never comes. Caliber collision was the worst business I have ever dealt with and I will most likely be letting as many people know as I can, through what ever media I can. You ask what you can do to make it right? I was hoping someone would have asked that when I picked up the car as Hector the GM who I ended up dealing with knee what a complete disaster this was for me, and made no such offer. To make me completely satisfied I d like you to reimburse my deductible payment, which would at least partially cover the expenses I had to pay to to provide alternative transportation for the 5 weeks you had my car.

I got rear ended. The bumper, back door panel, the left side light needed to be replaced and my detection needed to get calibrated. I was really worried the color wasn t going to match (I had that problem before with another car) or something wasn t going to work correctly. Let me tell you, I saw my car and it looked brand new and everything works! I am so happy!!!

Worst experience. Took my Honda odyssey for door repair. Took them more than 3 weeks to fix it. I was told by technician to give review 10/10 to their repair shop in order to get minor paint work needed for the car. They messed up tire alignment after the repair. I will never go back to this place.

Great shop, great service. Serena at the front desk was very helpful and especially appreciate Chris help throughout the process including multiple calls with updates on the progress of the repairs. They fully stand behind their work as well, and took care of a an issue with a replacement part from a couple years back, not to mention that care was cleaned inside and out before it was returned. Can not recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Positive experience in every regard: courteous, responsive, professional workmanship, and reasonably priced. They did a great job on our Mercedes, truly, Like it never happened!

The office guy straight up lied to me. He refused to fix my bumper, first because the brackets were missing (there were never any brackets, I can see how the thing attaches and it doesnt need brackets). Then it was because this car right here uses special paint. When I said we didnt need paint, we just need the dent popped out, he mumbled something about insurance, handed me a roll of packing tape to stick my bumper back on, and slunk away. We wouldnt have had to involve insurance. It was at the very most a $500 repair, and thats if you had to replace the entire bumper rather than pop out a dent. I dont know why they didnt want to work on my car, but I wouldnt go again if I had any other option. They might just refuse to service my car for no reason at all. If they did service my car, whos to say they would tell the truth about the cost of the repairs?

I was really pleased with the customer service and professionalism I received from Caliber Collision in Seaside. I went to 4 shots to bid my job and was happy with the fair pricing and great service I received from Caliber Seaside, in particular the manager Hector Quiroz. He worked WITH me and not against me, communicating often and keeping me update on my car and its progress. I received my car as good as new and wont ever do bodywork anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience getting my car repaired at Caliber Collision after being rear-ended by an uninsured driver. Chris was so helpful walking me through the process and the repairs were made on time and at within the estimated price. Their office handled all the interface with my insurance company, and Chris provided timely and informative updates throughout the process. He was a real pleasure to work with!

They were punctual, and I received my car on the scheduled date.

My car was rear-ended and all the repair shops were at a 4 week window just to begin work on it. But I brought it in to Caliber for an estimate and they decided it wasnt drivable so I left it there on the 14th and it was finished ahead of time on the 26th.

I had a very difficult repair due to factory parts not being available for my new car, it had 180 miles on it when I bought it to them to be fixed.Caliber took care of everything and the new car worked perfectly.Thank you Caliber

Usually I go to another body shop but Caliber collision was so easy to work with while getting insurance estimate I decided to stay with them and glad I did! Swift and smooth and professional experience! Thanks Chris!

Really professional shop. They had to work with a long delay in getting parts, but once the parts were in, I got my car scheduled and repaired quickly. They caught issues that my own non-car person eye missed. They do a good job!

I was told the vehicle was going be ready by 2/2/2024. The car was not delivered on the date. I didn t receive an update until 2/9/2024 and that was only because I called. The person helping me said they were going to deliver it on 2/8/2024 but were short staffed. They said they were going to deliver the car at noon at 2/9/2024, but after noon passed and I didn t hear anything. I just had sent my brother to pick up the car at 430pm after hearing nothing from the shop. The only good thing is my car did get fixed.

Horrible experience. Dropped off vehicle. Picked up my vehicle to no operating turn signals, Trash in back and no floor Mats. Over a month has passed only empty promises on call backs and promises of solutions. Why should I reccomend this place? I advise all of you to avoid this place.

Was rear-ended and Caliber Collision was where I was directed for repair. They took care of everything and did a beautiful job! My car looks and feels like it was never in an accident. They even cleaned my car inside and out! Everyone was very nice and highly appreciated the care we received!

Im so glad that I chose to take my jeep to Caliber. I took my jeep in through my insurance agency for a huge gash in my rear bumper (hit and run). Even though my vehicle is over 12 years old and there was no replacement bumper to be found, the team at caliber took the time to fix the torn piece and make my 12 year old bumper look brand new. My car looks so much better than it did pre-wreck. They buffed out scratches and marks that werent even associated with the claimed damage. I highly recommend this company for your repairs.

Caliber Collision did a great job They even detailed my car before I got it back. There is no way you can tell that I had been rear-ended. My car looks brand new.

I was absolutely satisfied with the customer service and repair I received. Everyone was super helpful and kind and made this unpleasant experience of needing a repair much more pleasant for me. Everyone I interacted with was super kind and helpful. I d definitely recommend this place and come back for future repairs, although I hope I never have to come back and my car stays just fine! Also this estimate was $200 less than another place and the estimate was 100% accurate.

Absolutely untrustworthy, be careful if your insurance force you to work with them. Not only they hide a serious problem with the car that they couldn t fix but someone fiddle with alcohol in our tank so the car will pass the final smoke test. Now our insurance doesn t want to cover the additional cost even though we realize the problem three days after the car was send back home from caliber Collision. Ask for a second opinion, they work for insurance - you are not their client. So not right!

Seaside Caliber Collision is the most disorganized, unprofessional, and uncommunicative shop I ever dealt with. I had my insurance for over 8 years and dealt with other shops with my repairs of my vehicles throughout the years but this office was an extreme disappointment. This office decided to waste my insurance money and my time with deciding to paint a bumper when I clearly told them to replace it. After 1k and a week later they decided that replacing the bumper was needed. They not once responded to my emails, text messages or voicemails with the repair of my hood. They simply decided upon themselves not to repair it even though my insurance gave the clearance on the repair. Now I get my vehicle with a partial repair and my insurance gets billed for their 1k failed attempted on painting the bumper. Now they add on other 1k for the parts. They are scandalous and do not care for the customer. They give this impression that they are looking out for the insurance with these corner cutting, but they are really looking out for themselves by wasting time and money are ridiculous fail attempts. Do not use this office and I would go as far as, caliber Collision. Use a place that actually cares and wants to work for the customer.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. The people I interacted with during the repair to my car were very professional, clear communicators. The work was done as efficiently as possible given pandemic difficulties. They had a project manager who kept me apprised of progress being made toward completion. They went above and beyond by providing transportation to and from the shop, since I lived within a few miles. My car was in top-notch condition when they were finished. You can trust them!

This was my first time working with Caliber Collision. We got in a car accident about 10 days before I had to complete a cross country move. When I brought my car I did not think it was going to get done in time. Peter, one of the associates at Caliber, completed the estimate of my vehicle in no time, gave me a realistic timeline of the potential repairs while being extremely professional and courteous. He did his best to accommodate and keep us in the loop. The parts that were not on site were shipped and delivered to Caliber extremely fast. I received emails almost daily with updates. My car was fixed in about a week and I was able to proceed with my move as planned. Hope I will never get in another accident but if I do, I will definitely go through Caliber. Thank you, Peter!

My car was hit by a drunk driver while parked outside one night and I was able to bring it in to get fixed the next day. Everyone here was very professional and kind. I was quoted to have my car back in 17 days but they got it done in 9! I was very impressed with both the timeliness and the result of my car when I got it back. It looks absolutely perfect, like it was never even hit. I hope I never have to deal with something like this again but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to caliber! Thank you guys again so much!

Caliber was awesome! I filed my claim with my insurance and I called the next day. Peter answered the phone and assured I was in good hands. After dealing with my insurance back and forth, Peter continued to remain confident and able to get the work underneath my deductible so I didn t have to continue to deal with my insurance claim. Car was ready when promised and a very fair price! Cannot thank Peter along with the entire Caliber team enough! You won t regret their service!
