Ordered a reverse motor switch but could not figure out how to wire it. I reached out to customer service and Chris responded very quickly. He provided a wiring diagram that made wiring the switch incredibly easy. 5 star product and 5 star service. I highly recommend.

Spectacular service. Emailed asking about an old part and got an answer a few minutes later. Placed the order from eastern Canada and got it within a week. Great price and quality. I thought I would never find a part for a very old bike and that I would have to throw it out although everything else was working well.

Absolutely top notch. Issue I had was addressed completely and quickly. Even responding back late at night. I will undoubtedly return for any future product needs. Was skeptical about this business because I normally order only from Amazon or eBay. SO SO SO glad I went with them. Ordered a throttle assembly for my specific model and cable didn't match. Wrote to ask about a return (they only had the one model throttle) and they said, "Let us make you an adapter cable and send it for free." Now my kids have a working scooter again for way less than a new one, and I know where to go when either of the scooters needs parts.

This is not a typical retail store, you need to preorder your items before coming. It's more of a shipping depot. The staff is friendly, I can imagine a public option years down the line if the trend picks up.

I wouldnt recommend leaving a voicemail for this business because they dont call you back. Furthermore, they never answer their phone. Do yourself a favor and find another supplier.
