Stopped here to fill up on our way to Fasting Prayer Mountain. Prices were high but that's to be expected in somewhere as beautiful in the sceneries. I can only imagine how much the price of rent is there. I have to mention the clerk again because he was pretty responsive to the fact that one of the brothers lock the bathroom key in the bathroom and that's the only key that they had. He could have got frustrated and upset but instead he said don't worry about it. So if he reads this thank you for not beating us over the head with an honest mistake. We also met another brother in Christ. Honestly is mini Shell gas stations is I've been to it was by far the best experience at this particular Shell.
Shells gas prices are astronomical compared to some of its competitors, granted they do have a nice car wash with 2 vacuumz for your car as well as public restrooms
Decent staff. 24/7 self-service pump is a huge plus. Bathroom is small but clean most of the time. One star deducted for their car wash as it’s not very effective, and not really worth the money.
The gas pump didn’t work, the car wash broke down with four cars in line. Worst of all, one there could help with either issue. I used to love this gas station, but today was my last visit - it has just gone completely downhill.
Do not waste your time/money on the express car wash. AFTER going through the wash, and pointing out the pathetic job it did, I was told I should have hosed the car off first before having it washed because it was dirty before it was washed, and this car wash does not use a lot of water. It is really only for between car washes. HUH? I asked if that was explained anywhere so consumers can make a different choice, and the answer was no. I asked what could be done, and I was told I could purchase another car wash. Yeh, that would be a hard pass. Won't be back.
here is a picture of my window after exiting their most expensive, Premium "Spotless" car wash. I showed the manager my vehicle, he acknowledged it, but would not refund my money. My truck left dirtier than when it came in...
I brought my car in for a wash, the machine broke down in the rinse cycle, then was reset and broke down again. I was *not* refunded, they told me they needed a manager to refund me and after I waited 15 minutes to no avail I left (total time in line and in the machine nearly an hour). I am an extremely unsatisfied customer, my car is covered in water and soap spots and I recommend *not* using this business if you *care at all* about your car.
Your gas price is over $5 you have to be joking everywhere else around you is 3.99. Go to Felton save your money
