It’s always a little scary to make a big purchase online. After doing a little checking I decided to pull the trigger on a bike. I got a great bike at a good price. One thing I really liked is that I got a call from a real person. She asked a few questions so that they could set the suspension up just right. She also let me know the date my build would be completed and shipped. Nothing better than a phone call to be sure there’s no miscommunication. We purchased two Como 4.0 IGH e-bikes from Cycle Sport. Andrew and his wife have an amazing company!! Regardless of purchasing from out of state, their company took car of us just as if we had walked in the door. Everett in Sales was great at helping me get everything set up and made sure the bikes were in stock. The online purchase is simple and quick. Lauren sent out excellent shipping and final set up instructions, Phinn and Jason boxed perfectly and had everything ready to go.
