I bought some new tires at integrity. When I drove away, the truck wouldn’t even drive straight. They actually messed with the alignment so they could try to sell me a bunch of repairs. Their bid was so high that I got a second opinion and found out I didn’t need any repairs at all. They claimed I needed $4700 in repairs when I just needed my tires rebalanced. I went ahead and paid another shop to rebalance them, even though they were supposed to be free at integrity.

They rescued me on a recent camping trip in the area. My truck wouldn't start and AAA couldn't figure it out. They accepted the truck late Friday and worked on it Saturday morning when most other shops either weren't open or wouldn't look at it for a week.

I had a few issues with my car repairs at Integrity Automative at first, and communication wasn’t as smooth as I hoped, However, the team eventually took care of everything and made sure I got what I needed. While the experience wasn't perfect, I'm happy with the results and would return. Just make sure to double check all the details on the receipt to save the shop and yourself sometime. It’s a very nice shop give them a call and see if they can help you find the right tires or help on car repairs.

Came in for a nail in the tire after waiting over two hours at skips down the street, and these guys had it done in 15 minutes! Super up front people, high recommend now. No more skips for me!

Strange experience - spoke to Owen a week ago and ask if I can use AAA discount for battery - he mentioned that the discount is usually used for jobs with labor and battery exchange is included with battery price. Hmm - called and spoke to Chrissy yesterday and shared that batteries are stocked and battery cost $229. Go in for battery in the morning and guy at counter shared it would be $255 and shared there’s always a labor charge on batteries. Said he overheard phone call previous day and shared I was given a price with labor included. At the end of the job I was given a $20 but didn’t why - just didn’t want to argue. Just said thanks. Grateful for the quick easy battery replacement and $20 discount. It’s hard when you are told 3 different things from 3 different people- is it that hard to be on the same page. 🤔

Horrible Experience – Save Your Time and Money I had an extremely disappointing experience with Integrity Motors. Not only did they fail to complete all the necessary repairs on my vehicle, but they also failed to communicate this to me throughout the process. I was forced to return multiple times, only to face continued issues and incomplete service. Because I initiated the repairs at this shop, my insurance policy would only cover the remaining work if it was completed there. However, the quality of their service was so poor that I chose to take my vehicle elsewhere and pay the full cost of repairs out of my own pocket. If you’re looking for a shop that can work on Range Rovers in north Santa Cruz county then consider Integrity Auto. I needed my turbocharger and my radiator cooling fan replaced as well as diagnosing and fixing a coolant leak, and Integrity Auto fixed it all. Sam, the manager, gave appropriate attention to my vehicle and was always very responsive and receptive to my concerns/needs. Great customer service! He was highly professional and I can say the same for his staff there (front desk and mechanics). This is my second auto to get serviced there and I’ll go there again.
