Ben Lifted 4 Wheel Drive & Hitch in Scotts Valley

I’ve gone here for air bags and bed ball hitch to be installed and both times the service was top notch.

I've Ben Lifted! Ben does great work and recommendations. I went with Icon stage 5 on my Gen 3 4Runner and love them so far with the CDC for quick adjustment for off road.

This is one of the best businesses I've ever been to in any category. Ben was extremely helpful, communicative, and kind in ordering and installing a hitch for my Subaru Outback. If you ever have a need for his services, I couldn't possibly recommend him more. (And, do NOT go to UHaul for a hitch... any cost savings you may seek won't be worth it when they screw up your order and cancel your appointment at the last minute, which they do regularly). Go to Ben!

I highly recommend ben lifted, he installed my new hitch on my subaru outback in the expected time and had the car ready as promised, they are very friendly and professional. i could not have asked for more.

No help here. Came in with my vehicle and was told there are no hitches made for my Hyundai van. Turns out I got a factory hitch. Went back to BenLifted to get it installed and was told they wont install it. NO HELP HERE.

They seem super knowledgeable and friendly. They offered superior equipment... A 20k slider 5th wheel hitch vs. 16k slider hitch I was offered at a Santa Cruz RV installer. While offering better equipment they also were cheaper then the place in Santa Cruz. When my friend flaked out and wouldn't give me a ride to pick up my truck they drove it home for me. They did this faster than the other shop could have done it for less money with better equipment. They did all this for a unplanned trip that came up last minute & he did it on a Saturday and work till 6 o'clock. Truly generous people who devote their time to help out those in need on their off time with incredibly strong community ties. Honestly I don't know how they can stay in business offering such good rates in service compared to the alternative shops in the area. Looking forward to future business with them.
