Ronnie's Auto Body in Scotts Valley

We had a front bumper damage and Ronnie did an excellent job in addressing it. Our vehicle looks brand new. We needed the vehicle for a trip and Ronnie was able to accommodate and prioritize our job in a timely manner. Ronnie is very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend for any auto body repairs.

Ronnie is straight forward and professional. My son needed some basic body on an older car, Ronnie did fine work.

After a close encounter of the unfortunate kind with a gas station stanchion I took my car to Ronnie's for an estimate expecting to have to pay hundreds of dollars for my spatial misjudgment. Instead, after telling me what it would cost to do a standard job on it (hundreds, indeed!), Ronnie said "or I could just take the white paint off". When I enthusiastically agreed, he took a rag and a spray bottle and got the paint from the stanchion off in minutes, leaving my car pristine since It turned out there was no damage otherwise. He could so easily have refrained from offering me that option; I certainly would never have known. But with admirable honesty and integrity he did offer it--and didn't even charge me for the paint removal. Any bodywork my car may need in future will definitely be done at Ronnie's!!

Someone hit my front bumper and left a significant dent. I was hesitant to notify insurance and asked Ronnie if he could possibly pop it out instead of replacing the whole front. He warned me it might not look like I expected, but it came out AWESOME! My original post (above) was from 5 years ago, but sadly needed auto body work again. Ronnie, once again, did a beautiful job at a fair price in a timely manner. HE IS THE BEST!!

Got to say was not impressed, I had a small 1 inch.dent that needed to get fixed and needed a side mirror painted that was off the car. I got a quote from 3 other shops who actually took time to look at it and quoted me around 400 to 500 to fix it. Took it to ronnies and the dude looked like i was interrupting him on the computer, came out looked at it for 2 seconds and quoted me 1000 dollars and walked back inside leaving me and my wife sitting out there. His attitude was sub par at best. I worked in auto body for 6 years and gotta say things are different when it comes to customer service now, I ended up doing the work myself. I highly don't recommend them. they'ir lot was empty for a reason I guess.

Ronnie's the best. He's worked on 2 of my cars, is super professional, fair, and does incredible work. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
