Wheel Works in Saratoga

I had notification in my car that the coolant level is low. I went to Wheel Works at Saratoga location. David helped me right away to add the coolant. Thank you very much David,

We came to fix the tire and asked them to check all 4 wheels (the problem was in the air hoses), they said they had repaired 2 front tires and checked the rest and they are fine. Today, the tire that was allegedly tested at full speed lost the air hose and the car almost lost control with a large load, it’s good that the driver was experienced and was able to prevent the accident, after which we had to call the service to repair the tire. The negligence of this workshop could lead to more tragic consequences.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Sid’s outstanding service when he helped me with my flat tire repair. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly professional, efficient, and understanding of my situation. Knowing that I was in a rush, he immediately took action and worked diligently to have my car ready in just three hours. His attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to excellent customer service truly stood out. Thanks to Sid’s efforts, I was able to get back on the road much sooner than expected. I am extremely grateful for his hard work and dedication!

Service fine as always. But customer interaction? Not so great. They really should mark the No Parking areas better. Signs, red paint, something, so you don't have to then go move your car before they'll even talk to you about checking you in for your scheduled appointment. And the guy was even sharply rude about it. Minus one star for that. Otherwise, service was fine.

Waste of time. Do not go here. We called, asking if they can plug a tire with a nail in the tread, they said yes. We dropped our car off, they called us 5 hours later, saying they couldn’t plug the tire “because of the compound inside”, it was against their policy, and the tire is “irreparable”. Their proposed solution was that I needed a new tire. I explained my tires were barely over 1 year old, and the tire tread was still thick, but they were firm that my tire was beyond repair… See picture attached. I ended up going to a local tire shop, and by the time I finished telling them about my experience at Wheel Works, they already fixed my tire.

I’ve been a loyal costumer for quite sometime and this is the first time service was horrible. I took my vehicle in right when you guys opened (9:00am) for an oil change and to check on a tire sensor. I was advice I would receive a call with an update. Called twice to get an update I was told it was not done I dropped by at almost 5:00 pm to find out they had not even done the oil change.i was very disappointed because Sunday is the only day I can take the car in since it’s my only vehicle I use for work. Location on prospect for sure has downgraded since a while back.

Needed a tire repaired. If I spent 20 bucks at a gas station, they would’ve had it done in less than five minutes. Drop my vehicle off at 11 AM for a 12 noon appointment didn’t get a call back that the car was done until almost 5:30 PM. I will definitely not be buying my next tires at Wheel works.

If I could, I would give them a 5-star rating; in fact, I’d give them 10,000 stars if possible. Here’s the situation: the left tire of my Benz car got punctured. When I visited Costco, they informed me that my car has run-flat tires, which they couldn’t repair. They mentioned that I would need to replace all four tires, but they didn’t have the necessary replacements in stock, so I would have to order new ones. That’s too expensive to fix it! My friends recommended that I visit Wheel Works instead. I called them around 6:00 PM, not expecting a quick fix, but they asked me to wait for an hour. To my surprise, by 6:45 PM, they had fixed the car! The efficiency and perfectionism of the office and workers truly impressed me. The supervisor, named Jasber, was awesome. He was not only nice but also professional. Truly an impressive service!
