I visited this location on 10-03-2024 at around 10:45 am and was assisted by a young male employee. I was looking for an AC refill for my Honda Civic hatchback. Although I could be more knowledgeable about cars and engines, I was hopeful that he would help me find the correct item. However, he seemed to be in a bad mood and was not helpful when asking me questions. Improving the customer service and the quality of staff members would greatly benefit this location in the competitive market. I hope that my feedback can contribute to positive changes. I am considering exploring other options for my future purchases because this experience was terrible and made me feel not valued as a lifelong customer. The slogan of this place is: "Our Prices Bring You In, Our People Bring You Back". But in this case, it is an exception based on my experience.
everytime i come in they are to busy talking to each other at the counter to help me everytime i come in. never say hi and greet me. have to wait 10mins for them to even see me even if i am right in front on them. last 5 times i have come in here. come on stop talking about your own cars and do your job.
This store rocks! Every time I come in here, I'm impressed by the workers. They are always knowledgeable and know the things they sell. I once bought coolant and the worker asked if I wanted a funnel. That saved me. Thank you, yes. Today, I grabbed a bottle of Versachem and the store worker downsold me. He told me if I'm working on one car, they have a small tube which saved me $11! :) Things here are always on the pricey side, but I'm always happy to pay it for the support I get. Thank you.
What an absolute rip off. Charged me $65 for one coil, for my Hyundai. They’re $10 each on Amazon, all day; the quality is just as good or better… Shop online elsewhere whenever you can. Do yourself a favor.
They were great. We got there 20 minutes before they closed for a new battery for my car which we really needed and they provided a wrench for us. It was simple enough. They would have put it in if it was daytime but it was dark. so we did it ourselves. It’s easy. No problem.
I am definitely a fan of o'reillyes when it comes to preference of auto parts stores. For me, the biggest bonus is that when you give them your phone number? If you're someone like me who loses receipts, they can always pull it back up in the system for you, which has come in super helpful on more than one occasion. The staff here seems really knowledgeable and they are helpful when they, and if there's something they don't know, they Tell you they don't know instead of giving you incorrect information. I've had the pleasure of meeting. The district manager Jay who was a very nice guy and seems to set a good example for the locations that he operates.

Not sure if this is the location that I went to today but there was a lady named Maria that complete put me on the right track. And Ive been working on cars for over 30 years. The information did not come easy. But she took the time to put two and two together and figure out an answer for me and when I got to my car her advice was absolutely correct. Good job Maria. This lady needs her own store. OReillys would be a fool not to give it to her.

Excellent staff! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staffs! I came in for a quick engine check on my 2006 BMW x5 because it showed engine misfire and car is running rough. Oscar helped me with finding the right coil, as he is very knowledgeable with this M54 engine, and squared away with the new coil, all in less than 30 min. I was able to continue with my road trip and drove back home to Los Angeles couple days later. Can t ask for anything more. Again, thank you Oscar for all your help!

Its OReillys if your car guy you know what to expect if you know what youre getting every store is laid out the same you know where to find what you need and in general they typically have people that are completely helpful too knowledgeable if they dont know the answer they know how to find it in the computer system is generally pretty accurate dont totally rely on that because its not always the case however its pretty uniform and regimented

The clerk gave me the wrong information about changing my headlights bulbs. He advised me to look for a black box under the hood to change fuses to have the headlights work. I went to Auto Works, and the manager changed the bulbs, not a fuse to have the headlights work.

Still my preferred auto parts store in general. Just got some fluids and a price quote this time, but got the help I needed quickly, and was on my way in a few minutes.
Store engine oil shelf are very empty, when twice in two months both occasions shelf were empty very little choice of engine oil. When to autozone shelf were full, except that I had to special order my filter due shortage.
Nice employees, helped with a headlight bulb also gave me better advice on which goo be gone to get rid of tree sap i should use.

Buyer beware, extremely expensive for certain auto parts. I was charged nearly $50, combined, for a cabin air filter and an engine air filter for my 2013 Toyota Sienna. However, when I checked online later from AutohausAZ, I found Denso filters for $7.71 (engine air filter) and $7.05 (cabin air filter). So I paid $50 at OReilly and could have gotten OEM quality filters for about $15 online. I got ripped off big time.
O O O OREILLLYYYYYYYYYYYYY AUTO PARTS. I walked in singing this great jingle and they refused to sell me blinker fluid. What a shame this branch is a true disappointment to the high level of service that I have come to expect at Oreilly over the years.

My wife and I went in today to have a battery tested and charged that had failed on us. Our first visit was brief and pleasant - they took the battery and told us they would call within two and a half hours. After four hours with no call we stopped in to check on it and were told that it was a bad battery. I was then informed that we had previously been sold the wrong type of battery for our car and that we were very lucky it had not leaked; Good information to know but its scary that they had previously sold us the wrong battery type. When I asked to have the battery replaced under warranty they told me it was impossible to replace without the receipt which I did not have on hand. Jacob was very helpful and attempted to look up the purchase in his computer system however when the manager Gerardo showed up he took a look at the battery and immediately called my wife and I liars and told us that there was no possible way that the battery we were returning could have been purchased at their store. When we insisted that the battery had been purchased at his location he continued to tell us otherwise. My wife and I were surprised at the rudeness and left empty handed and upset. On our third visit of the day with receipt in hand we were able to have our defective battery exchanged. Jacob was very friendly in helping us but Gerardo made no attempt to provide us service or apologize. Our overall experience was very unpleasant and although this is our local OReilly we do not plan on giving it any more of our business.

I will start off by saying I love this location. Almost everybody here is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. This place has always gone over the top in helping me (im kind of a regular with my multiple project cars) All except one guy. This guy always kinda looks like he doesnt know what to do next. Hes very slow to understand and perform. doesnt quite listen, and I dont think he knows much of anything about vehicles. Its an absolute irritation when it happens that hes the one who goes to help me. I think hes been at this location since I moved to norcal, which has been 2 years. My frustration today led me to rant on this because of my interaction with him.. He couldnt figure out to look for a part that I had ordered. I ordered 2 parts, an axle and a wheel hub. They didnt put it under my name. I know what the parts were, though. And i knew they had been delivered. rather than just going to look for them on their shelf where they place parts for pickup, this guy had me look up the part from scratch on the PC. our conversation: him: Year? me: 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4wd ... ... him: Make? me: 93 jeep Grand Cherokee 4wd ... ... him: Model? me: 93 jeep Grand Cherokee 4wd ... ... him: 2 or 4WD me: 4WD. ... ... We eventually get the parts up. he copies the part numbers, exits, goes to the orders section, looks up the part number and tells me: Looks like they got here, but isnt placed in you name. let me go see if i find them, Come back with an axle but no wheel hub. Then suddenly, the wheel hub wasnt delivered yet Me: But they were both in stock and came from the same wherehouse him: well its not here. I cant do anything with 1 part. i need the axle AND the wheel hub.... so i buy the axle, and go to work empty handed. as soon as i get to work (30 minutes drive) i get a call and recognize the number as this store. its him I found your wheel hub me: so it was there, and delivered? Him: yeah. i found it. ... This is a normal encounter. not an exception. Like i said though, the rest of the store is awesome, hence the 4 stars.

This place REALLY went downhill when it changed hands and/or signage to O Reilly. They have less stuff than they have had in the past, it is not well stocked (small car parts and car plumbing parts in particular are a mess, and many parts are not there). They sold me a fuel filter for my Honda which did not come with the required metal (aluminum or copper) washer which is REQUIRED for the installation! And they can not sell it to me!!! So I need a $0.10 part, which I can buy elsewhere for $$$, or the filter they sold me is USELESS! I can buy the whole thing elsewhere for $10, including the required washer! Unfortunately, by the time I went to install the filter, and noticed the issue, I was past the 30 day limit for returns. So I have a fuel filter I can not use... OReilly effed this store up bad.

Theyve always been really helpful and quick to diagnose any problems. I badly needed my battery replaced. I had a crying baby and two other kids in the lobby and they were kind enough to quickly replace my battery even though they were very busy.
