Sparky’s Transmissions is a truly professional shop. I was sure that there was a major issue with my transmission, so I took the car over to Sparky’s for an analysis. Bill greeted me promptly and cordially, and the environment at the shop was very comfortable and attractive. Later that day, Bill called to tell me that my transmission was fine, and the problem was actually with my motor mounts. Furthermore, there was no charge for the valued analysis. Wow! I am really impressed by the service at Sparky’s.

This place has honored the warranty and bill has been very nice I own a older car which may be why it has issues with the rebuilt transmission so I highly recommend sparkies transmission because that have went out of there way to make it right bill is super friendly and always done his best to fix the transmission.

I was told by another mechanic my transmission was going and needed a $6k replacement… wasnt convinced so I got referred over to John for a second opinion by a friend and was not disappointed. It was NOT my transmission and Sparky’s was able to fix the problem! Had my car back the next day! They could have easily said my transmission was going and I totally would have bought into it. Instead they were honest and helped me fix the issue. Sure, they could have taken advantage of me, but instead they got a life long customer and I will be referring their way. Repairs were done right, and the vehicle was ready a day early. John was pleasent to deal with, and didn't treat me like a girl who knew nothing about cars. I would take my vehicles back here again.

John quoted me a price to fix my transmission in my 2003 Dodge RAM 1500 and that's exactly what I paid. My truck is running great. John is up front with the the cost possibilities and what to expect. I had Sparkeys replace my transmission 6 months ago, and Nissan refused to honor the warranty that came with it. John at Sparkeys honored the warranty anyway, and did a great job. I have a new transmission, and I highly recommend Sparkeys. They stand behind their work. Thanks John!

John and the team there are top-notch. I took my 2011 F150 there after being referred to them by a friend who has used them in the past. My referring friend said Sparky's does contract work with CHP and Border Patrol, that made me feel better about their work. I knew my truck needed the transmission rebuilt. After calling about 6 different shops and taking it to 2 other shops for a diagnosis, I finally found Sparky's at the end of my search. Other shops I went to were only able to give me a range of how much it would cost, varying by about $1000, and even wanted to charge me almost $200 for a diagnosis. Sparky's was happy to diagnose the problem for free. John was able to quote me a maximum amount, which was still more than a thousand dollars less than the other shops I went to. After describing the issues I was experiencing, John had a pretty good idea of what the problem was and said he has worked on countless trucks that are the same year and model as mine. John is very upfront about everything and explains everything clearly and in layman's terms and does not talk down to you. He was very patient and willing to help when I tried to ask him questions to learn more about what was going on. He was able to give me a breakdown of cost for all of the parts and labor and was transparent about the entire process. He gave me a reasonable timeline of about 4-5 business days, called me every couple of days to check in with me to let me know things were moving along as scheduled. When I picked up my truck, he advised I come back after about 500 miles to ensure everything was still in working order. This shop definitely stands by their work. I just can't say enough good things about Sparky's. John was a savior during a desperate time and it felt good to finally find a shop that performed great work, was honest and didn't feel the need to take advantage of their customers.
