East County Alignment & Brake in Santee

Not many shops can handle large vehicles well. They did the alignment and brake check on my Ford F53 based motorhome and upgraded the suspension which greatly improved its stability and safety. I'm an engineer and Jesus (the owner, I think) impressed me - he clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Added Koni Evo's to my 2015 Tiffin, and had my Safety Plus Steering stabilizer adjusted along with an alignment. Thanks to Jesus' recommendation to get the Koni's, my RV is much more comfortable to drive. I'll be going back for more upgrades soon. Jennifer at the front desk is amazing!!!!

*UPDATE* my car’s shaking has gotten worse and it’s gotten louder. This review is also hidden on google. My car jumps forward when I brake. Save your money and car, do not even consider giving them your business. I almost cry every time I drive because I’ve never felt less safe in my car and I spent $3500 to get my car back and have more anxiety than when I dropped it off with a detached tire. Actual scam, it’s crazy. Also they haven’t reached out to me at all but they’ve gotten my initial review hidden! They got my voicemail! Worst mistake of my entire life was giving this shop my money and trusting them with my car. I can’t imagine how many other reviews they’ve gotten hidden or deleted. where to begin other than i wish i never found this shop. i can’t stand that i have given them any money. the only good thing about having to spend $3,450 on a million suspension parts is having a car that finally drives well again. what’s so awesome is that my car is the more shaky than i left it… the entire car shakes and vibrates when i accelerate even on freshly brand new paved roads. my alignment is off center, i can still hear my wheels turning over my music, new rotors and brake pads yet my car still squeals when stopping no matter how slow and jumps forward when i come to a complete stop. i dropped my car off in the early afternoon on a friday and didn’t get it back until the next friday. was told they would start it on monday, im lucky if they even started on wednesday. was never called ONCE in the week they had my car. all of the information i got i had to call and find out. i even waited and tried to be patient. they stayed late to finish aligning my car which was appreciated but it would be great if i didn’t have to hold my wheel to the left because if i try to drive holding it straight it goes directly to the right. oh also! they likely vandalized my car. i had a pin that said “thank god for abortions” on my sun visor and i had a gut feeling to remove it since it was a shop in east county and decided against it, because it has never been a problem before, and got my car back with it missing and nowhere in my car and my sun visor interior damaged and ripped :) noticed it immediately as i got on the road and called the shop and left a voicemail and have yet to be called back. tried to wait and now that my car is guaranteed f destroyed because the shakiness and noises are getting worse i don’t want to even speak to them ever again or i would call during open hours now. so awesome. i wish i had any proof of the vandalizing so i could sue them. i don’t even want them to fix my car, i don’t want anything from them ever again. i hate to bash a business because more than anything i want everyone’s bills to get paid but oh my god what i would give to have seen a review that steered me away from this shop maybe MY steering would be straight and i wouldn’t almost burst into tears every time i go over 15 miles an hour and have to white knuckle my wheel. will update when i take my car to my trusted shop that i so badly wish i waited for their availability and never wasted my time and money and didn’t put myself in $3500 of debt.

I was recommended this shop by a friend. My car's alignment and ball joints were so bad that driving my car was like trying to wrangle a wild horse on the freeway! They had me bring her right down and drop her off. Everyone there is super friendly and they were also thorough and informative with explaining things to me and very accommodating. Danny, the front desk fellow even gave me a courtesy ride home after dropping off the car bcuz I didn't have a ride.The pricing was fair and my car can handles like a dream now! I'm am very happy and will be a long term customer!

Jesus did the alignment on my fifth wheel with MorRyde independent suspension. This is the only shop in SoCal that is qualified to do this work. And they do a great job.I've attached a picture of my tire damage from the alignment being so bad, from the factory. The camber and toe were both way off from the time it was new. This tire damage is after only 6k miles.

Very nice and personable people. Unfortunately after a few thousand miles two of my tires were showing a lot of wear. Now around 4,000 miles I need to replace those 2 tires and I had to pay another shop to realign the tires. I responded to a text they sent me asking how everything was. They won’t respond to my issues so far.

Good shop, even for RVs. They were fixing an axle seal on my RV and found a seriosly cracked rotor and fixed it in a few hours. Thorough and knowledgeable mechanic. I like these folks. I am comfortable recommending them to friends.

I noticed this shop had good reviews but mixed at the same time. After leaving with my coach I absolutely do not understand how even 1 poor review could be left, seriously not even 1? After reading a few of these poor comments a customer like myself that does not write many reviews, felt obligated to give these 100% ethical guys time writing how much they not only helped me but made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit. Boy did I learn a lot at the same time. My Coach apparently could not be repaired correctly by my normal shop I take all of our cars to. The manager Ryan, recommended I take my baby down to a place in Santee called East County Alignment. It was out of my way so I made an appointment in advance. When I came in I couldn't of been more pleased. From the people working the counter all the way to the mechanics were more than polite and helpful. They took time out of an obvious busy day to answer in depth all of my silly questions. Bottom-line, I left their shop with not only my issue resolved but on my drive home up north, I had no idea our coach could drive so much better. I'm floored by the pleasant overall experience I had while I was there as well, I noticed every customer waiting felt the same way. I do not review often at all like i should but East County Alignment gets an A+. Thank you ECA for all your help and you will be seeing me in the future for the recommendations as well as my families vehicles.
