Pacific Coast Tire & Service in Santa Monica

The mechanics are honest and never try to scam you. They have very decent prices and quick service. Most people I’ve interacted with at this place have been extremely helpful! The only caveat is that there’s a front desk guy who’s usually yelling conspiracy theories about annexing canada and Jan 6th. If you can ignore him, this is a good place to get your car serviced!

I have been a PCT&S customer for almost as long as they have been open (2 different VW's) . They've ben great with providing detailed information, and honest feedback about repairs and even when it's time to consider a new vehicle. (and very helpful info on what to expect with ones I was looking at recently). Thank you Mike, Ricky and team!

Horrible place to get your tires fixed. They are scamming people at this business! I got my two front tries fixed here because they were slightly balding. Not even a week later one of the two started loosing 15lbs of pressure every single night. I took it back to see what the issue was and they told me I had cracked rims, and the tires were sensitive to that. I DID NOT have cracked rims before I came to them, and had NO issues with the previous tires other than being slightly used, not loosing any pressure. They then quoted me $150, to WELD one crack in the rim. I called other places to get a quote and they said they could do it for $40.. Pacific Tires is NOT a reputable business.

Excellent team and a personal shoutout to Trevor! I popped a tire on my way from West Hollywood to Venice and I stopped by PCT&S after my dealership quoted me a high replacement price after a very long waiting time. PCT&S was able to diagnose the issue and then order the same tire for a better price and they did so within 15 minutes (for the diagnosis)/a day's turnaround (for the ordering). Additionally, I noticed that a lot of customers in the shop were returning customers that trusted the team here and I could sense a very positive rapport. Thank you PCT&S!

Let's face it, the only reason anyone ever has to go to a tire place, is because they have a problem and everyone at Pacific Coast Tires is sensitive to that. I recently just started doing business with them and I am lucky they were recommended to me. The minute you pull in, there is someone there to guide you as to where you should leave your car. And the minute you walk to the front desk, Mike is there with your keys in hand and ready to take care of you. When Mike gives you a time estimate, your car is done by the time he promised, if not sooner. He runs that front desk like a well oiled machine. You'd never know he was handling a multitude of people at the same time. Always very efficient and polite. Most of all, when I leave Pacific Coast, I have confidence that I can safely drive from Point A to Point B without any problems.

Love these guys! I called to get my tire patched. Ricky said come by before 3:30pm - and there was about a 2 hour wait. I arrived - it was crazy BUSY, but was done by 5:15pm at the price quoted - which was super reasonable. I def recommend Pacific Tire and I have found my new local service spot!!

These guys are simply the best. As a woman, I have had my fair share of mechanics that took advantage of my lack of understanding of car repairs. And I finally found my shop. Knowledgeable, fair, explain everything to you so you feel informed, quick and do the job right. Simply cannot thank them enough for being so amazing. My bf, my family and friends now all go here too, everyone loves them.

Best tire shop in LA! Ask for Michael. Super knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very friendly. And best prices in town. We have used them at least 5x for new tires, flats, and alignments. I will only use pacific coast tire for all my items needs. They are reliable and work pretty quickly. And customer service is top-notch, they truly care about your vehicle. Highly recommended. Don’t go anywhere else. Trust me !! Best part is there is a reliable auto body service next door that I have also used in conjunction with Pacific coast tire- one stop shop!!
