Drop and hooks are Monday through Friday. 5 AM to 6 PM closed on the weekends and most holidays. There is parking on the street. A restroom inside the gate or across the street. Empty trailers are in a secure lot, 13370 Firestone Boulevard, Santa Fe Springs, California. You must get a pass from check-in
They had to move trailers in order for me to back into the dock and I had to back in from the road, but nice people even the warehouse guy
It was a quick in and out delivery. Overnight parking on surrounding streets. Dropped my loaded easily in back lot and picked up my empty 1/4 mile in their empty lot.
Didn't check in when I arrived. Yard driver told me to drop trailer then check in on the way out. Had to wait for another driver to drop his trailer first. Once I dropped mine and checked in the rude lady in receiving said I was late and had to take trailer and come back the next day. Just a sad lazy rude person.
Tight parking call for directions. Very helpful staff. Mon-thur stop receiving at 1500. Fri stop receiving at 1200.
Close way to early for deliveries. And Susan who drivers check in with says he job title is dispatch 2 is very rude not professional and just lazy about her job.
First time I delivered a shipment to their yard. I was instructed to park the trailer in their secondary yard. A smaller and more crowded yard on the next street, back side of the building. The spot that the yard driver told me to park it was a tight spot to me. So I did the best I could and backed it in as far as I could get it. When I dropped the trailer the yard driver proceeded to confront me about it. I told him that was as close as I could park the trailer with out hitting anything. At that point the yard driver choose to insult my driving skills and talk trash. Let's just say that will be the one and only time that I will ever deliver to that company.
Tried for 3 weeks to get a call back to get a bid for picking up tires from a large racetrack. Was told the pricing department would call me back on 4 separate occasions without a phone call. Finally after speaking to a manger they got Micheal in pricing to call me back. I explained to him that the track goes through 200 tires minimum per month and we need a quote to pick up the tires. He explained with their current routes they may not be able to take on the extra work but he did a good job explaining why we need to choose the correct tire recycle company. He said he would call me back tomorrow with an answer and pricing, he never called. I left 3 voicemails, he doesn't even have the courtesy to call me back and say there company isnt interested in the business. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, they were referred to me by a good customer, I have a few different business' and would hope my employees never treat someone like this.
