Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable service. Came in for a quick oil change, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They did not try to upsale me anything.

Amazing customer service from all three guys that helped me out today Jordan and Alex as well as another gentleman that was there. It was my first time and these guys made me feel welcomed and were social making the trip even more comfortable. Overall great experience and great service they instantly recommended me a solution for a leak that I had.

Humberto was very welcoming and friendly, throughly explaining all of my options within my budget. The service was fast and easy, I didn t feel pressured into additional services as have in the past at other places. I will continue coming here for my oil changes from now on EDIT: 5 stars to 1 star: I will NO LONGER be coming to this Valvoline. The last time I was here, not only did they break my washer fluid cap and try to blame it on me, but they also kept me for over an hour WITHOUT explanation because they lost one of the screws when draining the oil. It wasn t until I asked what the hold up was that they finally told me. They also said they were going to give me an additional discount for the wait on top of my Groupon, but they did not. Do not come here. The Valvoline Express in Anaheim has much better service and also offer Groupons

This place was great! Usually go to Valvoline for a quick oil change but these guys are a reminder of why I come back. Friendly staff, good music playing, quick and easy service. Andrew helped me out and he nailed it. Literally never leave reviews, but I wanted to shout him out for just doing an awesome job overall. This guy certainly stood out as someone that respects the work they do and the services they provide. Thanks, man. Keep it up.

I went here to get an oil change and was surprised by the amount of help I received. The workers informed me about issues with my car they noticed but didnt pressure me to fix them immediately, unlike other places that will in order to make you pay for more than what you came for. These guys are honest and hard working, Ill definitely be visiting again in the future. Huge shout out to Aaron for all of his help!

These guys are awesome. 100 percent recommend. Hustled my way for an oil change and made it 5 minutes before closing time. They could ve easily had me return on a later day. Guess what they did my oil change , radiator fluid change and transmission fluid change. They stayed an hour overtime. Thanks guys !!!

It was my first coming here and I was a bit skeptical - as this is a fairly new location. The young gentlemen who work here were more than helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about cars (they told me their names but its slipped my mind). They changed my oil, did a standard car check(lights, wipers, etc.), added windshield wiper fluid, and recommended some tips for upkeeping my car. I came on 3/12/24 @1PM, during my lunch break and i was IN and OUT in 20 minutes. Price is a little on the medium-high side, but its worth for the convenience and service. There was no wait when I arrived, but they do have a waiting line for cars to park until its their turn. The best part is that I didnt even have to get out of my car. Thanks Fellas, I will definitely be returning!
