Powerstride Battery in Santa Fe Springs

I went to one store and they had the wrong battery so the guy arranged the pick up of the right battery at the other store. They have good prices and gave me extra hardware for the installation of my batteries. The guys at the secon store were super helpfull and very friendly. High five .

I needed a battery for my car. I went by this place once they opened. I spoke with technician and he quickly found the correct battery. During the time I was paying for the battery another young man, was already preparing to install the battery. I was impressed how quick and smooth the experience was. Will be return in the future.

A friend told me about this place, his company buy all their batteries there. I had a scary moment, when my car would not start. The jump made it more worst, check engine light came on, all the power brakes on car would not move, said take car to dealer. This is a 2021 corolla my second battery, the battery the dealer put in is only 351 cranking amps that is very low. Julian that works at Powerstride put in a 540 cranking amps battery. This battery should last 2 years, I have more power and should not have problems starting the car after 10 mins.

6/8/20- After getting in contact with the branch manger he was able to help me out with the situation. Thanks again for resolving my problem. A++ I usually don't write negative reviews, but for this experience im making an exception. Spend your money somewhere else, this company won't honor their warranty. On April 2019 I spend over 300$ on two Odyssey batteries, and they sold me a battery that was sitting on their shelf since June 2018(almost a year). I decided to stop by because one of them was not holding a charge. Even though Odyssey batteries have a 3 year warranty, they refuse to do an exchange. They quickly offer to sell me a new one. I work in customer service and I know when we really want to help out a customer we go above and beyond to make things right. This will be the last time I go to the store. Stick with costco or Sam Club with no hassle warranty claims. I will also be following up with their corporate headquarters.

These guys are genuinely good guys. They know a lot about batteries. I've bought 2 Odyssey car batteries from them now and will continue to do so for many years. Super friendly and did the replacement right there in 5 min. Customer for life.
